Faith In Nature Reviews 

I lovr faith in nature and i use their shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap!!! It helps with my eczma as most products cause flare ups, but this seems to be a safe product for me and is good for the enviroment. I love it!!! Nit only is the product good, but the customer service is amazing. They got back to me within a working day and gave me the information i needed and more. I order online and i just cannot express how much u love the products.

I ordered the coconut shampoo.and conditioner as I am becoming more conscious of wanting to help the environment by buying more considerataly. The shampoo is lovely but the conditioner!!! This has been the only conditioner ever I can't get my wide toothed comb through! I have fine hair and it turned my hair into a luggy mess which took some time to get the comb through. It's also like a liquid and not rich at all. Won't be buying again!!!!

I love Faith in Nature products, but my first experience of ordering direct from them has not been great. I'd read some negative reviews regarding items not arriving or arriving damaged but as we have pretty good Evri delivery in our area I decided to go ahead and order.

Three days after I placed my order, it was due to be out for delivery, but the tracking showed there was a problem. There was no update after 2 days so I contacted Evri and Faith in Nature to find out what had happened. Evri responded the next day to say the package was damaged and they would assess if it could be repackaged and dispatched. Three days later Faith in Nature finally replied to say that there was a delay with delivery due to it being a busy period and that I should receive it in 3-5 days (initial estimate when ordering was 2-4 days which had already expired)! I immediately informed them of Evri's response but they insisted the parcel was still in transit.

In the meantime Evri contacted me to apologise and let me know the parcel could not be delivered and they would inform FiN and advised I also contact them. I did so immediately early that day and didn't get a response till the end of the following day acknowledging that the original parcel was damaged and a new one had been dispatched.

It seems FiN totally relied on the tracking info instead of contacting Evri directly to get accurate information on the issue and resolve this more quickly. In the end it took 13 days for my order to arrive, there was no next day delivery on the second dispatch or offer of goodwill to make up for the delay and I wonder if it would have taken even longer if I hadn't been in touch with Evri myself.

Customer service could definitely be improved.

Brilliant products bought a few large refills .. 2 come damaged there customer service replaced straight away fantastic and I love the shampoo conditioner and washing liquid thank you

I bought rosemary and the lavender shampoo and conditioner set from the very first wash my hair felt very straw like my scalp was tender and itching also my eyelids and face was very irritated where it ran on my face rinsing it off. I don’t usually make reviews but this earned one if you think this product is 99% natural think again this stuff is toxic take my advice stay away and this is from a hairdresser over 35 years

Hi, I ordered 2x Faith in Nature ‘Seeweed & Citrus from Amazon Website. Today whilst showering I noticed it smelt different and also the colour of the content is different on the 2 new orders.
Seeweed content is always green content , the two new ones that were sent are both orange in colour and whilst ok in scent are definitely not seeweed scent. Filled out form to send back but advised to email you. I would like them replaced and the correct items sent please. I think the labelling might be the issue, placed on wrong bottles perhaps

Amazon were informed but told me to contact this company. This company have directed me back to Amazon . So what now??? I have bought this product for years and will not be purchasing it again.

EDIT EDIT Faith in Nature resolved the issue after several emails and pictures which clearly showed the difference in colour of the liquid back and forth . I’m happy that whilst no apology, I received notification that both bottles of body wash would be replaced at no cost to me. It’s a shame it took a while and I had to argue the point that it was their issue to resolve and not Amazons but happy with result and 2 more stars will be added (mainly thanks to Sasha) Thank you.

I have tried the shampoo and conditioner of all types and can I say that for the first time in years since changing over few weeks ago, I have noticed my hair is not falling out as much with these natural products. Absolutely love these products and will never be changing bk to anything else.
Your soap bars and gels are fabulous and makes my skin feel soft and lushious.
It is pricey but for naturel ingredients I don't mind paying that bit extra when I know I'm not putting extra harmful chemicals in my body.

Never received my order and it’s been 2 weeks, no communication

Tired of dry, itchy skin i decided to try faith in nature as recommended as SLS and SLES free. Both the handwash and body washes smell amazing, my skin has stopped itching and it's good to know it's natural.
Delivery was quick too! I am converted. Thank you Faith in Nature ❤️

I have oily / combination hair. I used to use L’Oreal Extraordinary Clay and it was great, but the product was withdrawn. I tried a few alternatives and found that either my hair got greasy very quickly or they were too harsh in stripping away all natural moisture and left my hair feeling weird. The Faith In Nature Grapefruit and Orange range has been my solution- a couple of days to adjust and now it leaves my hair beautifully light and healthy.

Not sure what ingredient is in it that makes my scalp really itchy shame wanted to try go a bit more natural

I like the ethical nature and the products are good, but you have to reduce your spam emails!

I appreciate order/shipping confirmations are required, but I do not need a "Thanks for placing your first order, here: buy more stuff" email (which I unsubscribed from), followed by "your flower power points" (unsubscribed from) then a "your nature prescription" (unsubscribed from) then a "click to confirm delivery email" (also unsubscribed from)... These 4 emails are completely superfluous.

Absolutely love these products.

I now bulk buy these and refill my bottles.

I also buy these products for others to try.

I love the concept of them.

Amazing products. The body and hair are products smell great and work really well. The pumps are so helpful given that I can only use one hand. Overall great products that are ethical. I would recommend.

Historical customer, placed order yesterday 2x five litre bottles. Trying to figure out why I’ve been charge the invoiced rate plus £1.00 per five litre bottle as two separate card transactions. I did order or need pumps or bottles.

I like the products, hence being return buyer.

Great product..but I've still so much left after 11mnths

I tried the wild rose shampoo and conditioner small bottles from Holland and Barrett and love them. I bought the 2.5l bottles in a discount from your website with free pump. Excellent but the packaging needs work with something of strength to surround the product to stop it getting damaged in transit. The box was damaged and some of the shampoo had leaked a little. Not enough to bother complaining or stop me re-ordering though but a minor annoyance. Pump works great. I wasn't told when the delivery had arrived at the click and collect place so I checked by chance and it was there.

I was looking forward to trying your products but unfortunately, the laundry detergent does not clean and has a faded scent after washing and then smells of nothing after drying. Also, the coconut bundle ( shampoo, conditioner and mask) are too watery and dried my hair.

I don't normally write Trustpilot reviews and prefer Google reviews, but I am impressed so had to leave some sort of review. I wrote a Faith in Nature review in 2023, and now this is an update.

I have been using Faith in Nature's shampoo and conditioner bottles for a long time now, as I find it really works on my dry & dull hair. I usually prefer to use the Coconut one. I was disappointed recently to find a 300ml bottle has risen to £7.99 now (eek). Nonetheless, that hasn't stopped me from buying. I decided to purchase 2.5L of each to last me, plus minis for my upcoming holiday.

I usually buy the shampoo and conditioner bottles in Holland & Barratt because I can pick them up in store, or Amazon for the convenience, although they don't always have the Coconut ones.

In November 2023, I ordered from the website and was very very disappointed with how long the delivery took (around 2 weeks, although they did give me a free product with my order because of it) and haven't ordered from the website since then. But I decided to give the website another chance this week and I was impressed! I placed the order 2 days ago and it has already arrived today! Looking forward to having shampoo and conditioner for the next year.
