Fastbuyproperties Reviews

Nicole Mc Mann was wonderful could not be any more helpful kept me updated on the progress all the way through the sale of my dads house she certainly went the extra mile and cannot thank her enough

Really easy transaction from start to finish. Nicole was really engaging and made the decision easy to go with this company rather than other options I had.
Also great flexibility with dates of completion.

I was extremely sceptical but Nicole was the most helpful, easy to each and very understanding. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company if you looking for a quick and hassle free sale.

Contacted Fast Buy Properties to see if they could help with the sale of my mum's house. Dealt with Ross who was really lovely, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. After discussion, they offered a fair cash price on the property. Unfortunately due to a change in circumstances we were not able to take their offer forward. I really appreciated the help and advice we were give and would recommend their services.

Can recommend FastBuy properties. Ross McGinley was a pleasure to deal with, quick and efficient, and made a very stressful process much easier. I was worried about the number of unscrupulous companies, so was reassured to meet Ross in person. He was always available to answer questions. Wish I had gone through them sooner.

Dealing with FastBuy properties was quick & easy with a great deal on the property.

Ross McGinley at Fast Buy made the whole process very quick and efficient - from the first phone call to completion was all done in a few weeks even with the Christmas holiday in between.

We just sold our house using Fastbuyproperties. I had several other similar Glasgow based companies out who all made derisory offers for our house however Fastbuyproperties made us a fair offer. There were complications with the sale mainly due to solicitors however Ross Mcginley was excellent and was in constant contact with me and reassured me of any of my queries. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of a quick sale.

My parents moved into sheltered housing and needed to sell their flat. Flat has never been modernised and still had items in all the rooms.
To sell quickly (as seen) we contacted FastBuy Properties and Ross helped secure a fast and simple sale for us, instead of us marketing and paying fees.

Ross gave us a satisfactory offer to purchase my folks flat instead.

We can't thank Ross enough. He did all the paperwork, got us a solicitor & he paid all the fees.
If you’re needing to sell property fast, I highly recommend these guys.

We used Fastbuy after another Ayrshire property company claiming to be a fast sale company had not assisted us in almost 3 months and devalued our property reducing the price without consulting us twice . We were nervous about trying another company in less than a day Fastbuy found us a buyer and the sale completed in 6 weeks at the best possible price. They are an ethical company who deliver what they promise and one who takes great care to really listen to customers and to understand and be sensitive to their situation. We were kept informed at every stage of the process. This company has turned our lives around at a sad family time. It has worked to quickly relieve the significant stress we were experiencing. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. They deliver the best price quickly and have a large customer base who they have worked with for many years and can match house sellers with their property buyers very quickly in hours and get the best result for both parties. We were supported by the company owner and her team consistently respectfully and positively over our time selling our property. We would say don't go elsewhere this company offers a wonderful service at a fair price and delivers it very quickly ideal when you need this kind of support to sell your home and to get the best possible price for it quickly.
