I have just received my first order from Fast labels. I am delighted with the labels which are high quality and with crystal clear print quality. Communication was excellent and I like the way proofs were emailed to me promptly for me to approve the designs. Customer service was exemplary and it is so nice to find a company that values their customers. Thanks Fast Labels, I will be back for more!

A great service and it was useful to have a combination of online design and speaking to real people for a bespoke design service when you haven’t got your own design to fall back on.

I have used other companies for our labels in the past and have been disappointed in the service delivery. Fast Labels speaks for itself. Fast, efficient, communicative, professional and customer focused. We had an urgent order and they pulled out all the stops to make sure we got them on time.

Best overall support and fast delivery
I am so pleased with the help and service received from fast labels. The designers are great at reviewing images submitted and offer advice on how to get the best professional labels. What makes then stand out is the personal designer who will check everything and make suggestions for improvements. Alot of companies will just print what you send whether goid ir not . I can confirm that an email was sent to you fromsupport@kdpproofing.net, regarding your proofs and this was required before we could print the job. We do send proofs where required, as we did in this case, but I completely appreciate your frustration with the delay and that the ETA was missed.
We are extremely busy at the moment, however, I totally understand that this does not take away from the inconvenience caused.
I can see that my colleague has already offered to reprint the order free of charge, as well as sending the current order out. We have also waived the pre-10:30am delivery charge and provided a 5% discount.
I have contacted you directly to see if there is anything further we can do to help turn this around. We do value you as a customer and would really like the opportunity to put this right.

The quality and consistency is great but not fast!
The quality and consistency is great. I have used multiple times and for all my labels for work, and will continue to do so. Giving 4 stars as it is anything but fast, given the name is fast labels I find this misguided . 10 days is a standard amount of time. And faster (just an extra days or 2) can be an extortionate increase that is not worth it.
