We recently completed our move and are so grateful for Christian’s dedicated support throughout the process.

House moves are rarely simple, and our sale had its share of back-and-forth negotiations, particularly when it came to finalizing the completion date. Christian was a steadying presence throughout, remaining incredibly responsive across calls, texts, and emails, and working tirelessly to keep everything moving in the right direction.

He was always reachable, though adopting WhatsApp more routinely as a core channel could make quick, real-time updates even smoother for future clients. Overall, his accessibility, proactive approach, and calm professionalism made a huge difference to our experience, and we would thoroughly recommend him.

Christian dealt with the sale of our home efficiently, he took good pictures and he was quick in delivering it to market. Overall we are really happy with the service and the price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend fastmove to family and friends, if we move again - it will be with fastmove.

Christian has been brilliant throughout our sales process. He has gone above and beyond what we expected of an estate agent - acting on behalf of ourselves and the buyer who was selling privately. Thanks to him, our move has been so much less stressful than anticipated. We couldn’t recommend his service enough. As well as being an excellent communicator between ourselves, buyers and solicitors, the cost of him against a high street agent is not comparable - we have saved over £5000 which can go towards our onwards purchase.
If we sell our house again, we would use FastMove in a heartbeat!

Christian was great at managing the sale of my property. He managed my expectations (and emotions) very well and advised how to proceed with offers and buyer enquiries. He was reassuring and went above and beyond at pinch points to help things go as smoothly as possible.

Exceptional, efficient and caring service throughout the whole process of selling our home/buying a new build home from Christian at Fastmove from start to finish. We had an offer on our house within 10 days of it being on the market, so sold very quickly. Christian was contactable by phone or text at any time and if he was busy he would get back to us quickly. I cannot recommend Fastmove enough and I don't think I would've received the same personal service from a local estate agent.

Sold our home through Fast Move and Christian Armitage was excellent throughout. Flat fee well below the usual 1% commission, and availability was better than most agents, seven days a week, late into the evening. Our sale had some complications, but Christian handled everything diligently and was always quick to respond, whether on the phone or calling back promptly. Really appreciated having someone that reliable in a tricky situation.

He has a different approach from other agents and works insane hours, I don’t know of any other agent who is literally on call 24/7, weekends and Bank Holiday, these are the times a lot of people are free to view so makes sense! And what other agent can you message at 9pm on WhatsApp!
