… A Wonderful Experience with FasTreat
My experience with FasTreat has been extremely positive. From the beginning, I have felt listened to and supported throughout my ADHD assessment and treatment.
My nurse practitioner, Carole Gauthier, has been wonderful. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions and understand how my medication affects me in my everyday life. I never feel rushed, and I feel comfortable discussing both the benefits and any side effects I experience.
I also really appreciate that FasTreat asks for patient feedback and actually listens to it. Communication with the team has been excellent, and I have felt supported throughout the entire process.
I would definitely recommend FasTreat to someone looking for professional and compassionate ADHD care.

The best service ever
The best service ever! My provider yingying was amazing and very attentive! I got diagnosed and i have been meeting with her via zoom to adjust medication. Highly recommend anyone who has a busy life and can’t attend in person appointments. Worth every penny

Predatory hidden monthly fee
They charge you a monthly fee immediately after consult WITHOUT telling you until the payment is processed. Predatory behaviour. There is no way to get a refund without contacting them and then they try to refuse.
The consultant was late with no communication.
The only good thing about this service is that you can get a diagnosis letter in under 24 hours.
Update: while pricing OPTIONS are shown on the website. There is no website copy that says you will be charged a monthly fee immediately after your initial consultation.
The gaslighting by their support team is incredible.

Overall experience was great
Overall experience was great from start to finish. I had a few hiccups with scheduling the initial appointment, in part due to my own error, and a miscommunication. FasTreat really went above and beyond with great service in ensuring everything was rectified.
The provider was thorough and explained everything clearly. I was notified when my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Crossing my fingers that I will finally have some level of control over my ADHD!
