I had a very positive experience with Dr Muyeba. She was incredibly kind, compassionate and attentive, and felt listened to throughout the consultation. She took the time to understand my concerns, explained things clearly and made me feel completely at ease. I felt genuinely cared for and never rushed. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate and patient-centred consultant.

Very warm and understanding consultant Mr. Balogan. Thorough and concise whilst simultaneously keeping it at a manageable length of time for my son.

Dr Chowdhury was amazing - she was patient and listened and helped me understand more about myself. The level of service I received has been exceptional and very quick and easy to use. I’d recommend The ADHD Centre to anyone looking for a consultation or possible diagnosis. Dr Chowdhury remained professional through the consultation and is an overall asset to the centre.

Dr Upadhya is exceptionally professional. What stands out most is how well they listen; they take the time to fully understand your perspective and ensure every detail is addressed. I would highly recommend them because of their attentive approach and high level of professionalism

Efficient and above all kind and understanding. From booking in to the in person assessment everything was easy and everyone was great to deal with. Highly recommended.

A very thorough and deep exploration of my condition. If you have the money and the time... (takes a twenty minute test and a form to fill out before [not to mention two humans in your life to fill out other forms] and then an hour and a half session) I'd go for it.

Great staff felt important no judgement would recommend psychiatrist very professional but friendly

While I am glad to have had a diagnosis and treatment, I have had a largely negative experience with Dr Rahmanian's care at the ADHD Centre.

Positives: Dr Rahmanian is usually on time to appointments. The staff at the ADHD centre are generally responsive to email contacts.

Initial Assessment: tick box exercise - Dr gave me the questionnaire and told me to score myself. It wasnt understood or listened to - he just counted if enough boxes were ticked and that was the decision. very rushed. I could have completed the questionnaire by myself.

Communication: Dr Rahmanian is very stressful to interact with. He has shouted at me several times and never gives the impression he cares or wants to support me.

Follow Ups: pts on treatment are forced to continue these forever. They cost several hundred pounds for a 5/10 minute video chat in which Dr Rahmanian asks the exact same brief list of yes/no questions

Overall: I am glad to have received my diagnosis and treatment. The process however has been extremely stressful. It has not felt that the doctor has ever shown any care, empathy or personal consideration - and I would not recommend the ADHD centre to anyone seeking actual support beyond just getting a prescription.

Online assessment with Dr Olowe was calm. I was nervous but the online version gave me less to worry about. Dr Olowe listened, understood and proactive in moving through the assessment in a calm and not too rushed way even though my history took long to touch upon. She explained things that lessen my nerves since I couldn't think of anything to ask but I needed the information. I would recommend it but if the history is as long as mine, extra time would be specified before arranging something.

As a SENCO who has referred quite a few pupils to the ADHD Centre I could not be more grateful for the support they have offered parents during the diagnostic process. I am equally grateful for the INSET session delivered to staff at the start of September as well as a parent education session. Dr Noor and Alexandra Loewe have helped our community better understand the individual needs of our neurodivergent pupils and how e can better support them. A big thank you!

Good questions and felt good to understand my issues regarding attentiveness and procasination

I would avoid this company at all costs. I have had to chase and chase to get my consultant to contact me back. Calls are promised that don’t arrive and I’m struggling to receive the support I need during the titration process - any other company want to charge for a second assessment so I am stuck. Avoid

The whole experience so far has been really easy. The interview online was really relaxed. My Son is feeling better now he has a diagnosis and now we can put a plan in action for him which will help making in his everyday life less stressful

Good customer service.

Dr Kalafatis was attentive and thorough - he is easy to talk to and supportive throughout the process.

Had a fantastic experience with Dr Kalafatis, he was very understanding and kind.

Professional ADHD assessment and medication titration process. Flexible appointments planned well in advance.
Only downside is the very high cost of everything.

The ADHDCentre, particularly Gené and Dr Chowdhury, have been incredibly helpful, clear and supportive from start to finish.

I initially contacted them rather stressed after a Right To Choose provider had been very unhelpful and ended up wasting 3 months of my Intuniv medication supply which I could not stop abruptly. I explained my situation and the time sensitivity to Gené, and they and Dr Chowdhury went above and beyond to make sure I got the support I needed and made sure my time and money wouldn't be wasted first.

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone involved in my process with ADHDCentre. You treated me like a human being rather than a tick box exercise, thank you.
