Amazing experience from start to finish!

Dr. Mohammadinasab demonstrated excellent standards of care throughout my treatment, from diagnosis to follow-up appointments. The website is intuitive and easy to use, and the technical and scheduling support has always been prompt and effective. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking treatment!

This clinic and their staff are always very prompt with communitcations. I have not had any issues with them liasing with my GP throughout my treatment, allowing shared care agreements and update letters to make it to my NHS GP with very minimal delay. They havve always had very good availability for their appointments and I am secure in knowing that if I do need an appointment to dsicuss anything with my clinician, that I can see them promptly.

My Meeting with Dr Chris was very comfortable and reassuring. He made me feel at ease straight away and comfortable to openly talk about the intricacies of my challenges and experiences. I would recommend to anyone with the privilege of being able to get private care!

Dr Anwar was very approachable and thorough, very understanding, and assessed me taking into account the whole of my history. Her report was very detailed and helpful. The administration staff were very efficient and the whole experience was straightforward. I would thoroughly recommend.

Everything was clearly set up. The reminders before the assessment was fantastic. Everything was explained and the result was quick.

I was thrilled with my experience until a couple of months after my diagnosis. A year later, I am not as happy.

The follow-up appointments for medication cost £225 for 10-15 minutes on Zoom. The clinician is often late, and some appointments lasted under 10 minutes. The costs don't match the care provided, but I don't have another option currently.

Communication is lacking unless a bill needs paying. I had an urgent enquiry a couple of months ago due to miscommunications on my diagnostic paperwork that I received a response for weeks later despite multiple follow-ups.

I recently had a significant issue getting my prescription filled, needing to email multiple times and dealing with confusing responses and delays left unexplained. I was told I didn't submit any request by one admin before finally told that my request had been pushed by another. While I understand staff and clinicians are busy, I should be able to trust that my prescription would be filled in a timely manner.

My GP doesn't accept the ADHD Centre as a diagnostic provider, so beware that shared care is not a guarantee and you may have to continue to pay a significant sum monthly for your medication.

I would recommend the ADHD Centre as a short-term service (e.g. if you needed treatment sorted before starting university), but not long-term if you have another cheaper option available.

Dr Sani was extremely professional and started the session in a way that made me feel less nervous and more comfortable to share honestly. She worked in a process that allowed me to talk about my personal feelings as well as asking more clinical questions. At the end of the session she left time to talk about next steps for support both within the company and within other services. Overall, really great experience.

At what seemed a very hopeless time Dr Ciobanca was so thorough and actually listened to both myself and my daughter

Could not recommend a better service!
I came to The ADHD Centre to seek a diagnosis after finding out I could be waiting 2-6 years on the NHS to get help. The ADHD Centre have been so good over the years, with their support, clear communication and dedicated team of staff that are always able to help. 10/10

Dr Mirza tailors his approach to the individual, explains the plan very well and makes sure you are fully aware and happy of how your management with ADHD will be led

Extremely quick and convenient appointments. Thorough assessment and follow up. Dr Rahmanian is very friendly and approachable and listens to you.
Thorough request for a medical assessment before medication was very reassuring.

Dr Ciobanca listen to our concerns and history. Was very supportive and offered good advice going forward.

It was a positive experience from start to finish. The administrators were quick and responsive. The forms were clear and easy to fill in for all involved. The interview by Dr Zadeh was held in a calm and professional manner. I was accepted with all my quirks and forgetfulness, and we got through the questions fast and effectively.

I felt listened to and not judged, very understanding and was asking relevant questions, also took the time and had patience with my child.
Overall very positive experience

Booking an online assessment was straightforward and availability was good - we were able to find a convenient (weekend) appointment within two weeks. This was ideal as it gave us some time to coordinate completion of the forms in advance. We had a named point of contact who was very responsive. Our appointment was with Dr Shaker who explained everything very clearly and thoughtfully and I highly recommend him. Overall we have had a very positive experience with The ADHD Centre so far.

Friendly, professional and caring. My child being assessed here was definitely the correct decision for him and us as a family.
