The FCA Register was incorrect and caused a loss of £13,116. These are not my findings, but the findings of the Office of the Complaints Commissioner in Case ID - 202201743.

Despite the Commissioner's decision, the FCA has decided not to pay the compensation determined by the Commissioner.

Sono stato contattato prima da un signore,. successivamente da una signora che si è fatta chiamare Ingela Axelsson dicendomi prima che su un archivio chiamato Mybtclogin.com io avevo 3,9 Bitcoin dal valore quindi di 340 Mila € più o meno, poi vedendo che io diffidavo lei mi ha fatto andare su questo fantomatico sito dove a detta di lei dovrei capire che non è una truffa.....

After many attempts to complaint to the Financial Conduct Authority about fraudulent activity that involved Royal Bank of Scotland Invoice Finance Limited a finantial institution regulated by the FCA ruled their actirude was simply of making me look like an idiot. I specifically complaint about fraud even supplying them with factual evidence and their reply to me was" Our response
 As previously mentioned in our correspondence with you, the FCA do not investigate individuals cases between firms and their customers"
I never once mentioned anything that was on their response and simple asked them to investigate the FRAUD that was found and that destroyed so many small businesses with financial warship for somany SMB's.
Absolutely disgraceful giving the impression that regulators in the UK back these type of behaviour from the organisations they are ment to regulate. The financial loss was bad enough but what price do you put on diminishing of someone's integrity and mental wellbeing?!?!?!?!?

Victim of Woodford scandal. £46k down due to FCA failings before, during and after the events. Finally they collude with the ACD to offer a paltry amount of "compensation" and block our statutory rights to claim rightful compensation from the FSCS. This orgnisation is captured and corrupt.

There are no transparency about them, they are a terrible lairs. I wholeheartedly endorse company display on my profile picture they sophisticated absolutely truthful and never disappoint.

It's now time to scrap the FCA, and its messanger the FOS given the MP's recent comments.
It is clear this is a dishonest institution and has denied 1000's of victims of fraud by banks and insurance companies justice.
There should be a full trial to reveal the masterminds of this currupt institution and compensation should be granted to all who have been cheated by this false organisation.
The leval of fraud is massive and must be investigated fully!!

I am deeply frustrated with the practices of certain companies and the lack of effective oversight from regulators like the FCA and the Financial Ombudsman. It feels as though these entities often fail to protect individuals, while allowing questionable practices to continue unchecked.

This situation raises serious concerns about accountability and transparency, and I strongly believe that more needs to be done to ensure fair treatment and better safeguards for the public.

Sono stato contattato da una certa Monica che rassicurava il fatto che era di FXPro.it quindi trader approvato in Consob. Manda anche la mail alleganto il link che riporta a FxPro. tante belle parole e poi il versamento di 200€ con programma di farmi chiare poi dal "fenomeno" di turno. Mi chiama il tipo e manda mail conn link di collegamento per completare registrazione ecc. ma il link ti riporta a fca.org.uk quindi ho dato per persii 200€ e non ho più neache inserito dato. Sono la solita truffa.

The FCA replaced the FSA under the previous extremely corrupt UK government.

I worked at this so called regulator for 6 montgs from 2016-2017.

The entire regulator is a sham. Every financial organisation pays them a fee to be 'regulated'.

I challenged these clowns a lot in my 6 months there about how independent from those the regulated, they really were. This was when their office was in the heart of Canary Wharf.

A lot of the senior leadership were your typical former civil servants who had protected government policy interests rather than taxpayer interests.

The FCA needs to go, and a truly independent regulator needs to be created which really protects consumers. The UK is only a safe place for dodgy banking activity now, all thanks to the FCA protecting their friends.

fca statene alla larga sono altri o gli stessi truffatori che usano la loro consulenza o il loro nome per far effettuare depositi su wallet indicati da loro stessi e poi chiedono soldi per prelevare da questi wallet vi contattano per email e poi telefonicamente si fingono consulenti di frodi on line per aiutarvi a recuperare i vs soldi se avete fatto trading o operazioni con le crypto e siete rimasti senza soldi e sono loro poi per primi a provare in tutti i modi a frodarvi altri soldi conla scusa di aiutarvi a recuperare quelli che avete perso................ diffidate diffidate

Waste of time
They never uphold any complaints even when there is strong evidence against the financial institutions.
The will always side with the banks and will not support the consumer.
Taking the complaint to the ombudsman is a waste of time because the response will be the same: We support the banks.
The financial institutions must be laughing when they state:
If you don’t like our resolution then go to the FCA - it should be followed by: They will do nothing for you because they will support us.

This says it all about this organisation “… The Financial Conduct Authority has been branded as an “opaque and unaccountable” organisation that is “incompetent” by MPs in a hard-hitting report.”

Absolutely the worst organisation that ever exists, they are good for nothing, been set up by brain dead people, this organisation likes to be nosey in peoples businesses but when it comes down to helping them they are exactly like the United Nations, useless, brainless and spineless organisation, they just here to waste your time and do nothing for you and can't help you with anything at all when it comes to getting your money back, FCA should be called WGFN which stands for we good for nothing !!!! Speaking from personal experience of Lowell group I am unable to take seriously the template responses they post on here. You say that Lowell are FCA regulated but yet the FCA are referring reports of Lowell's business practices and conduct to the FOS. Either way, something somewhere has to change and that Lowell are closed down and unable to profit out of fraud, error and abuse of that FCA regulatory authorisation which is causing misery and poverty to thousands in the UK.

La société FCA Bank s'est permise, suite à un différent contractuel, de faire un procès à une connaissance d'un de mes proches.
Cependant, le procés a été perdu par la société FCA bank, qui doit des dommages - intérêts et un article 700 du CPC (le total est de 2.500,00€). Or, ladite société ose réclamer des sous (1.500,00€) sans justifier d'où vient ce montant et refuse d'adresser le certificat de cession du véhicule à ladite personne.
De plus, ladite persone physique s'est vu bloquer son compte d'épargne depuis plus d'un an, sans aucune injonction de payer.
Bravo le respect de la justice en ce bas monde de la France

I couldn’t see as a regulator as FCA said they are monitoring the financial institutions under different licenses, no matter banks such as Lloyds and money business and investment firms such as eToro UK, since I have been through a process of reporting fraud, asking for investigation and follow up on my account and fraud transactions, Lloyds and eToro both doesn’t help and don’t recognise my reporting and trying to assistance. While I made a fraud or scam reporting to the FCA, it only replies with standard template of assistance which I can go with action fraud, police and victim support etc….

All I want and I think it could be as a regulator it should be having accepting a UK resident or citizen reporting, don’t they should open the case itself as a financial regulator and investigate the case with the licensed financial institutions and protect client and safeguard assets from citizens hard earned money??

That’s doesn’t make sense which the case is only to be followed by the banks and FI itself, action fraud and police only, the enforcement never ever put on those financial institutions and help in the case to protect citizen, that’s seems not putting things right as what this is incorporated as it’s mission and obligations.
