I was a victim of the salt lake potash fraud. I held the shares for a matter of months. The CEO misrepresented the company and falsely idealised it to scam people into investing. The FCA have done nothing about this evil, improper conduct. There was no information integrity and the market simply can not be trusted. They are thieves. Nice to know that covering up corruption in the stock market takes precedence over ensuring reasonable integrity of information and a high level of security of people's money. Total lack of responsibility and accountability.

There should be a minus five stars and that wouldn’t be enough, had a genuine complaint about one of their members, being pursued for a debt we don’t owe, that their is a case ongoing against their client all ignored went FCA for help …. Totally inept response, no help, not interested in the end I sent them a new logo picture for the organisation… yes the three monkeys , see nowt , hear nowt , speak nowt, pity there isn’t a fourth … does nowt!

I lost my private pension because of this awful and totally incompetent organisation. They advised me to take my complaint up with the Financial Ombudsman Service against JDP IFA Tarporley because it was in breach of their rules.The FOS initially upheld my complaint after one year and because of lies submitted by JDP they inexplicably changed their mind that took two and years and I was left without my pension. JDP told them that I didn't want my pension. How bizarre is that?

FCA is symbol of trust and assurance for public and very sadly it is being used in hands of fraudulent companies, ie Allstar fuel cards. FCA should not be allow this line in small print for any company to display, which covers only selective cards or or products covered by FCA.
When general public tend to read FCA under any financial products services company they trust with blind eyes.

No one reads it details after FCA word. General public fall in trap of fraudulent team. It should be covered by FCA fully or wholly or not at all.
This is wrong. Obviously they are selling fuel in return of money like other cards this is clearly wrong FCA should strictly monitor this and not allow this but sadly this the way of trap unfortunately.

pour entrer en contact avec FCA , on a un numéro de téléphone et un robot nous enmène bon gré malgré..vers un interlocuteur, il faut attendre parfois plus d'une demi heure avant de parler à "un humain"... D'autre part, ils ne sont pas attentifs aux clients...je viens de racheter ma voiture en leasing, ils m'envoient le certificat de cession 2 mois après, et le document est complètement erroné...ils avaient indiqué une autre immatriculation et une autre marque de voiture!!! il faut tout vérifier... zéro service client, zéro professionalisme...une banque "porte monnaie"....à déconseiller!

Most calls to this organisation are not so much help or satisfaction because they most try to pass on to different people and NOT KNOWING much knowledge to reply or check for simple enquiries and so disappointing

Waited 8 years for them to find someone I dealt with guilty who owes me thousands of pounds and then told the court date is not until 2026 and they are still allowed to earn a living.This organisation is absolutely useless and should be disbanded.It hides itself behind other companies and blames everyone but themselves for their utter incompetence.I wish I had never dealt with them.

Auch Ich wurde nun schon öfter von einem angeblichen Mitarbeiter der FCA aus Österreich angerufen es waren u.A. Frau Anna Weiss; Livia Bensity ; Markus Homm; Colen Hill; Thomas Maier & Agil Bomb alle wollten mir veruntreutes Geld zurückholen ! Legten dabei gefälschte Zertifikate vor ! Anfrage bei FCA London, dort waren diese Namen nicht bekannt ! mir wurde auch zugesichert, das FCA kein Geld zurückholen kann ! Alle genannten Personen forderten eine 4 Stellage Summe als Kaution, die nach erfolgter Rücküberweisung wieder Gut geschrieben wird !

Can’t do a business in UK anymore all transfers are suspicious for banks due to this plague,they should be kicked from UK

I engaged them over a serious property dispute (specifically in regards to the failure of my new built warranty provider to hold my property developer to account). They fobbed me off with an excuse that they could not intervene and gave me wrong advice about how to proceed with my case. After wasting several months, I went to another adjudication service who ruled in my favour and the property developer and warranty are now in trouble. The FCA should have held warranty provider to account and directed me to the other adjudicator, neither of which they did. An unfit for purpose disgrace of an organisation, who have no understanding of justice or fairness.

Per acquistare le barre della mia panda 4x4 acquistata nuova , un odissea , il sito non riconosce la targa dell auto nonostante sia una funzione prevista , circa il pagamento con carta di credito la banca ti manda un doppio sms di addebito, rispondono al sms di chiarimenti dopo 15 gg, nel pacco mancava la chiave di montaggio ( di difficile reperibilità…io abito su un isola ed il meccanico della Fiat ne era sprovvisto….me l hanno prestata alla Citroen) alla mia mail di sollecito ha risposto dopo un mese un referente , dicendo che non erano autorizzati, e solo se avessi fatto un nuovo acquisto l avrebbe spedita, era molto persuasivo tanto da sembrare falso. Bloccato il numero ed ultima Fiat acquistata.

Does anyone in power read these reviews? As a small business we need quick and simple to be able to do our job, earn money and pay taxes. The FCA sadly is not an organisation that does simple. Vastly complicated and expensive for what we get out of them. Needs a total revamp or shut down and start again after consulting businesses. I'm sure a lot of the staff are good people but the organisation as a whole is a massive waste of money in my opinion.
