When CRA’s such as Experian publish data about an alleged debt on behalf of ScottishPower, yet when I contest the validity of the data but Experian REFUSE to publish a notice of correction; you know that the regulator hasn’t audited these companies thoroughly enough.

Having worked within the banking sector myself, I knew more about the process & procedures the CRA’s needed to comply with when there was a dispute.

Taking 30 months to remove a default from my credit file because I was the Executor of the Estate, shows how inadequate the regulator is at controlling the industry.

awful just received my 3rd £250 fine for not answering a e mail on time i am a small 1 man band and these fines are affecting me awful to speak to on the phone

Comunication and understanding poor , service poor . They do nothing to help small businesses. Why we pay such ridiculious fees for shocking service. The whole of the FCA needs investigating.

Not fit for purpose . It should be closed forthwith. staff I endured have little understanding of the law and were rude. Shameful that the CEO could not even be bothered to respond to an email complaint

Jeg har mistet omkring 60.000 kr selvom jeg "kun" investerede 2800 kr. Dette er på grund af FCA og en broker der arbejder sammen med FCA ved navn rapidpeaktrades. De lader dig ikke trække pengene ud medmindre du betaler en masse forskelligt. Jeg har nu betalt omkring 55.000 kr. og har stadig ikke modtaget noget. Jeg ser med stor sandsynlighed aldrig pengene igen. Derfor anbefaler jeg på det kraftigste, at man ikke benytter sig af rapidpeaktrades og af FCA.

I phoned the FCA to find out how their terms of reference differ from those of the Financial Ombudsman. The person I spoke did not even know what the phrase "terms of reference" means! So do not waste your time talking to these ignorant "customer advisers". They operate out of a "contact centre" which means they are almost certain not to be qualified to answer your question.
(The truth is that the Westminster Political Class do not believe in regulation.)

Es una gran estafa. Tener mucho cuidado, estuvieron un mes llamandome y al final cai. Ahora he denunciado pero ya veremos. Se me presento una tal Sophie Tyler, trabajadora de FCA y me mando documentos para que me lo creyera. Espero os sirva esta advertencia.

Linda Solon and Sean Allen refused to give me details of my own case even after an attempt to end my life solely based on there incapabilty of making divisions and they gave the bank of scotland more and more time even after they had there answer from that bank that ruled in my favour they decided to investigate other complaints with the same company totally irrelevant to the complaint I brought to them even when I contacted the executive team Abby Thomas Jane cosgrove and Karl khan not one of them replied to an email investigated the complaint and when I asked for somebody else to deal with it as I’ve seen no results In soo long withdrawing the wright to Sean accessing my private and confidential information the refuse and ask him to investigate even more the totally opposite of what I asked them to do the stress and the attempt on my life really hits home when these people think that talking about the case affects my mental health it them not talking about my case and refusing to give me the information I asked for that sends peoples mental health crazy!!!!

Il conteggio di estinzione del finanziamento segue regole completamente casuali. Ho chiesto un conteggio a gennaio ed il costo previsto era di 30.137,73 €, poi ho richiesto il conteggio ad aprile e la somma è salita a 30.276,40 € nonostante nel frattempo abbia pagato 3 rate. Come è possibile ?
Nel finanziamento hanno inserito una serie di servizi furto/incendio/kasko (circa 10.000€) che però fanno nuovamente pagare in fase di chiusura del finanziamento in base ai mesi fruiti, ma alla fine questi servizi vengono pagati 2 volte perchè fanno comunque parte del conteggio iniziale (con relativi interessi). Siamo al limite della truffa.

100% agree with all the hundreds of 1 star reviews. Past few weeks, I've experienced an absolutely shocking and awful business. No customer service, lack of intelligence, contradicting and complete laughable questions they ask to go through their so called checks! Even after you've already passed DOB, National insurance, company FRN and URN plus security question too! Some of their staff lack empathy, and do not even think or use initiative. The amount of stress and poor behavioural patterns they cause they need to be held accountable for their actions. Furthermore, to anyone else reading this, as has a few mentioned in theirs, the online connect system never works. Submitted forms and even says complete, but when asking for help to sort their technical issue out, they didn't want to know or sort out. I have everything documented so evidence is there to make a case against them. We all know they hide behind their name, but in the world we live in now, these companies and individuals will certainly not get away with it.

Fate molta attenzione quando sottoscrivete un contratto per l0acquisto di un autoveicolo; la vostra esposizione sulle banche dati, anche solo per l'acquisto di una 500, risulteranno di molto superiori al valore del mezzo da voi acquistato. Per fare un esempio, su di un valore auto di circa 18.000€=, vi troverete sul CRIF / EURISC 45.000€ di esposizione. Uscire poi da questi contratti risulta assai difficile e con costi violenti. A questo si aggiunga una bassissima professionalità degli interlocutori. Quasi impossibile parlare con operartori, mancate risposte a PEC; praticamete un carrozzone che vende prodotti finanziari ai margini della legalità. Verrete imboniti con fiumi di parole su treni di gomme in sostituzione, tagliandi e auto in sostituzione, assicurazioni Kasco ( peccato però che NON vi dicano che l'assicurazione la pagate TUTTA e SUBITO per TUTTA la durata del contratto ) insomma un Circo dal quale sarà pressochè impossibile uscire. Fate molta attenzione, leggete e fatete legge i contratti prima della firma.

Would leave 0 star if possible. FCA are not fit for purpose. Made a claim to them when legal and general wouldn’t accept my subsidence claim even when one of their representative said “ this is subsidence I shouldn’t say it but it is “ Teresa O” Keefe at FCA that struggles to understand evidence put in front of her ruled in their favour. The FCA aren’t there to regulate any of the banks and insurance companies they are there to protect them.

The FCA also took 6 months each time to even allocate the work to a caseworker.

They are so rubbish it’s unreal and deserve to get really badly sued at some point.

Diagonal cracks to a property is subsidence but FCA helped Legal and General save a lot of money and it was all about money !!!

FCA do not allow UK retail customers buying US ETFs. This has caused retail customers use proxy ETFs that have more costly and contain high liquidity risks.
