Absolutely shocking would give zero stars. The website to complete compliance is rubbish, no help from customer service and when they do they send incorrect links to pages to fill in. Even when you fill in they charge you a late fee of £250 even tho the links provided are by them!

Had a contract with Actioncall aka Dynamo Cover with no mention of auto renewal in the contract or any correspondence and yet they took payments . After the company refused to reimburse me I went to the FCA they sided with the company . They are an utter disgrace.

In late 2022, an inspection of our Jeep Patriot (w/ only 100,000 km) alerted us to an alarming amount of rust on the front cross member.

They looked into it, and found FCA had placed a 10 year extended warranty (b/c they knew they created a faulty part) on the cross member. They recommended we reach out to FCA and ask why we were never alerted to the extended warranty (which really should have been a recall).

After several painful calls, we found out that we were not alerted b/c they had incorrect vehicle ownership information on file. This meant that even though the 'extended warranty' was issued several years earlier, we were not made aware until AFTER the arbitrary extended warranty period expired.

So, this led to many, many calls with FCA on a weekly basis to inquire about the issue, and to see if they would cover it (since we were not alerted to the extended warranty).

At the same time, they deemed this a "safety issue", suggesting that we should never drive the vehicle until the repairs we made. They let us sit without a vehicle for nearly 4 months - with us calling several times a week.

After all of this, they finally rejected our claim (without any written proof, for appeal process - which we have since requested multiple times).

In summary... the team at FCA was neglectful during these last 4 months, not following up with us a single time (after promising more than 10 followup calls - we never received a single inbound call from FCA). They avoided speaking with us, refused to share case notes or call notes with us, and insisted that the decision was not theirs to make (and that there was 'no manager' to escalate to)?

Overall, such a confusing, fraudulent, neglectful process. I would NEVER suggest a vehicle for them EVER again in my lifetime.

In the meantime, if the car malfunctions any issues related to the cross members, we will take legal action against FCA and their neglectful staff.

FCA Financial Conduct Authority, 12 Endeaour Square, London E20 1JN, ww.fca.org.uk und deren Mitarbeiterin Livia Benisty sind meiner Meinung nach komplett unseriös. Einmal sagt sie, sie rufe aus Oesterreich an, aber die Telefonnummer kommt von London, dann sagt sie, sie rufe aus Deutschland an, aber die Nummer kommt aus Oesterreich...., dann wird man plötzlich unter Zeitdruck gesetzt, dann sind die zugesandten Formulare voller Fehler.... Dann taucht auf den Formularen plötzlich der Name Karin Tabb mit der IBAN DE59 3701 9000 1010 4144 82 mit der BIC BUNQDE82XXX auf, dann eine Rechtsanwältin Eva Alexandra Thomas... Komplett undurchsichtig!! Finger weg!!! Man "muss" die Firma FCA zwar erst nach Eingang des verlorenen Geldes auf dem persönlichen Konto "bezahlen" (3-10%), aber die 300 Euro, die man auf obiges Konto gezahlt hat, sind dann evt und möglicherweise auch wieder verloren, sollte die FCA nicht seriös sein. Sämtliche Tel-Nrn, die mich in meiner Angelegenheit angerufen haben und auf meinem Display erschienen, sind nicht zurückrufbar!! "Sind nicht vergeben" heisst es...!! Finger weg!!! Finger weg!! Ich wurde von einem Raphael von derwehl erst telefonisch kontaktiert.
war so doof und habe gemacht was er sagte, erst habe ich eine App heruntergeladen, dass er auf mein Handy kann, dann haben wir zusammen ein Konto bei wise gemacht, damit er mir angeblich die gestohlenen 6095.50 Euro (die ich vor 4 Jahren, auch bei so nem Schei.. abgelegt habe) wieder zurückzahlen kann.
Erst musste ich nur 'als Test' 1 Euro überweisen.
danach wollte er unbedingt 1000 Euro um die Überweisung zu verifizieren und den Rest dann überweisen zu können.
ich wollte nicht soviel bei für die verifizierung und habe den Betrag auf 10 Euro abgeändert, dann wurde er sauer und wollte dann auf einmal 2000 Euro.
Als dann die überweisung auf mein PayPal-Konto 'was er vorgeschlagen hat, als Bankverbindung' nicht funktioniert hat wollte er zu einem Dienst wechseln, den ich noch nie gehört habe.
Da bin dann auch ich endlich mistrauisch geworden und habe abgebrochen.
Er wurde sehr ungehalten.
Jetzt habe ich auch noch eine Email bekommen, dass ich anscheinen mit einer Strafe von 500 Euro belegt werde, weil ich erst zugestimmt und dann abgebrochen habe.
da ich jetzt endlich einen absender habe habe ich mich im Internet etwas schlau gemacht und mein schlechtes Gefühl konnte bestätigt werden

I’ve had a HORRIBLE experience with FCA and the dealer as well. FCA Case management has been useless. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara 2020 on November 2021. I brought the vehicle for service a year and a half later, still under guarantee, for an engine light that kept turning on. The day I dropped it off I explained to the service advisor that I lived about 440 miles away - about a 7-hour drive and needed to know how long it might take. They advised it would take a couple of days. I extended my stay to get this resolved. The dealer followed up after a week to let me know that the water pump (coolant pump) was not available and that it was backed ordered for 2 months. They referred me to the FCA (Chrysler) to expedite the part. I followed immediately with the FCA, and it has been a mess. The FCA has done nothing to expedite this part. When I ask the dealer for answers, they keep routing me to the FCA. The case manager assigned by the FCA has been useless, and has called every week with a different date, and each week the date is extended. I dropped off the vehicle on February 1st, and is March 15th I still do not have an accurate date when the part will arrive, nor when I can make travel arrangements to pick it up. My travel and distance to the dealer have not once been taken into account or considered. Technically, I am paying for a vehicle, under warranty, that I a not driving and can even plan around my work schedule to pick it up because no one has an answer. I've asked for help getting the vehicle back to me or picking up the rental, and no help. I have loved Jeep until now. This will undoubtedly be the last one for the lack of accountability and accommodations under the circumstances. Jeeps are too expensive to have for this kind of aggravation.

Despite tons of adverse complaints data on the FCA website they do nothing to ensure that the banks they supervise improve
Perhaps the revolving door between the banks and the DCA shows how endemic the corrupt relationship between them actually us
Next time a bank collapses and they expect the taxpayer to bail them out like during the last financial crash they'll understand why people want them to go out if business

Can FCA get please investigate the conduct of Cashplus Bank, people are crying Cashplus is closing their account for no good reason, they toss people around when they are given the requested documents. Cashplus is a scam they need to be investigated

I am a broker and have to navigate the gargantuan rule book on my own. The fees they charge are disproportionate to the size of my business. Their incompetence is staggering, as is their understanding of the insurance industry and even their own systems. Currently facing admin charges levied after I was blocked from submitting returns on time. (They changed my security codes without my knowledge but had already failed to remind me of another return I needed to submit by sending reminders to an old -email address that I had previously told them was dead). They are now threatening to use non payment as a reason for removing my permissions. This is a mafia mentality organisation, with no external oversight, exactly the opposite in terms of the values they claim to promote. They certainly do not abide by the same rules as the firms that they supposedly over-see. Unfit for purpose at best, but quite possibly just rotten to the core.

In connection with a claim I also have with Hastings Direct FCA contacted me yesterday offering to assist stating my car was there car. I was asked to place them as keeper of my vehicle on my insurance. I fully explained the complexity of my circumstances. TODAY...after calling Hastings FCA state I am in dispute and I need
To resove this myself. I have asked for a deadlock letter as I have 3 times asked them to help me with monthly payments to be told they can't.
I have not had access to my car which was 2 months old at time of non fault crash . Hasting wants to spend over 10k on my vehicle when it is not worth 20k.
I thought I would die in the accident ..I am a social worker and rely on my vehicle to do my very difficult job. I really can't cope with this devious behaviour.

FCA is a shadowy and incompetent group of wasters. The are running scared of the Freedom of Information scheme and any request for information that looks critical of them is denied because they are scared of being found out - which they very often are and are always slated in the press for their never-ending failures and letting the public down.

Very unhelpful and downright rude when cancelling an agreement that was within my 14 day cooling period.

Run by very incompetent and unhelpful people, another money making bunch of scam artists. Complete waste of time and money, it is a joke that organisations like this are allowed to exist.

nach Telefonanruf +493070088042 (korrekter Name, Telefonnr. und Email) wurde nach skeptischem Rückfragen angeboten, dass 3 Stk. PDF-Dateien zur Seriosität zugeschickt würden.
Das ganze mit Header von "fca.uk.org". Bei genauer Betrachtung war die Mail mit "ffca.uk.org ad proton.me" adressiert. Die eigentliche Aufsichtsbehörde ist jedoch "fca dot org dot uk"
Verdächtig war noch eine angegebene, nicht existente Fax-Nr. in Mannheim +49 621/671889-88. Unter dem angegebenen Firmensitz 10707 Berlin, Schlüterstraße 42 ist ebenso wenig die FCA vers. FFCA zu finden, sondern u.a. ein Anwaltsbüro.
