What is FibreNest? FibreNest is a new provider of ultrafast, full-fibre broadband and voice communication services. We deliver 100%, totally unlimited full-fibre optic internet access directly into new Persimmon Group homes across mainland England, Wales and Scotland - supported with excellent standards of customer service. Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. In the unlikely event that your service is not delivered in time you may be due a credit under our Late Installation Guarantee. Our Customer Support Team will be able to assist you.

Jacob was great

Jacob was great, understood the issue immediately and got me the resolution I wanted within minutes to change my billing date to suit my monthly pay date. He followed up on each billing date to ensure the issue was resolved and i understood the next steps

Absolutely fantastic!

Nigel was absolutely fantastic and made the whole interaction effortless. I needed help with the activation of my service and Nigel managed everything and gave me step by step guidance.
He was efficient, reassuring and so helpful, he resolved my issue quickly. I can’t rate the service highly enough, thank you so much!

Great resolve to a situation with a…

Great resolve to a situation with a replacement router…… The previous router was old and wouldn’t connect to new devices - new router sent within 24 hours and delivered, easy set up and works really well with all technologies. Thank you !

Great service great call handler

what a professional helpful gentleman Nigel I have had on 2 occasions and I can't thank him enough I wish we had more of him on the phones I have experienced terrible times on calls no one as helpful as this guy at Fibrenest made everything so easy and understood everything I needed done

I have just moved into a rental house

I have just moved into a rental house, and was struggling to get set up with my broadband router. I called customer service and got through to Erin immediately. She was incredibly helpful and solved the problem in no time at all. I am now all set up and enjoying my new connection, and the process ended up being effortless thanks to Erin.

Quick service

Respectful and took off their shoes which I said they didn’t need to.
Fixed the issue quickly and promptly. Explained what to do next and I was set up quite quickly after they had left.

The young lady was helpful and patient

The young lady was helpful and patient, with a couple who are lacking in computer skills. The lady persevered until she got us back on the internet.
A gentleman then advised us what to do to prevent the problem recurring.

Kind and efficient service

The last thing you want is your internet link down - when this happened the customer service from Fibrenest was exceptional. They didn't treat me link an idiot or bamboozle me with technical detail - just calmly sorted out the problem right then - and phones me back 30 minutes later to make sure all was well. Thank you.

Every single day the internet is going off… same automated response.

Literally paying for a service that doesn’t work.
You have had your chance but obviously aren’t up to the job. It’s time I left and gave another provider a chance.

I'm a bit surprised to learn FibreNest can't do this. I wanted to convert my account to a joint one, but it seems that's not possible — a bit of a disappointment. Other than that, everything is fine and fantastic.

The support group were very helpful and…

The support group were very helpful and did a wonderful job in solving a small issue that we had while setting up. A huge thank you to Zoe for going through the steps and investigating to solve the issue in a very fast time.
