Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. In the unlikely event that your service is not delivered in time you may be due a credit under our Late Installation Guarantee. Our Customer Support Team will be able to assist you.

After a weekend without internet due to mishap with our connection plug Chris came out today to resolve the issue. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, he called beforehand with an eta and was on time. Chris explained what had happened, and what he was doing to resolve the issue making it easier for me to understand. He even explained if anything was to happen in future to call straight back as they will help to get any issues resolved asap. Very happy with the service!

Service deactivated upon the death of my partner who was account holder but my mailbox .For service to continue had to apply as new customer with existing package not available. Rang and spoke to Euan, explained and he would seek guidance from Management. Euan called this afternoon, changed service to my name and continue as normal. Great weight off my mind and I cannot be more grateful to him for resolving this matter and giving me piece of mind at this time of my partner passing away. Very considerate and empathetic.
