Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. Overall, the WiFi quality is acceptable, but the pricing is difficult to justify for the speeds provided. Compared to other providers in the market, Fibrenest does not appear particularly competitive. For customers in new-build developments who are effectively tied into the service, this can be frustrating as there are often limited alternatives available.
The website and sign-up process also need improvement. It took me four or five attempts to successfully set up a Direct Debit and complete the registration process, despite all my information being entered correctly each time.
In addition, there should be a quicker and more efficient process for customers moving into existing properties. In my case, the previous owner was still linked to the account, and as I did not have their contact details, I was unable to get connected for a period of time. This created an unnecessary delay and made the moving-in process more difficult than it needed to be.

I first spoke with Jacob and then Zoe. Both were helpful, polite and professional. After an initial referral to the technical department it was discovery that the fault was at my house. An engineer, David Cunvin, was booked for the following day. He remedied the fault and changed my router and ONT box. Everything worked after this and continues to do so. Excellent service the whole time.

I called fibre nest in the morning and got through straight away which was a great start as sometimes you have to be stuck in a waiting line for ages in some companies
I had a very helpful and attentive man on the phone and told him my internet keeps cutting off.dont know why .
He ran a check up through and confirmed something is off.
He than told me I will get a phone call of an engineer the next day to organise to come over.
Next day the engineer came and changed the hub saying this is probably whats wrong and thats what fibre nest told him to do first.
He ran a check all good 👍
Also put the ap.on my phone and explained it to me
I left the house for 3 houres came back and the inyernet was cut off again
I rang fibre nest again got through straight away and a lovely lady answered checked and said someone will call me back to tell me whats happened next.
I had a little nap fir maby 40 min.and there is a knock on the door and the engineer was there
How happy I was to see him
He than fixed the cables I belive outside my flat tested the internet and it works.
All I can say iam very happy with the super quick service and I felt they did everything they could to sort out the problem as quickly as possible.

FibreNest charges premium prices for substandard service. The Wi-Fi constantly glitches and drops connection, and customer support’s “solution” is simply to use a wired cable. That completely defeats the purpose of paying for wireless internet. Instead of fixing their unstable network, they push the problem back onto customers. Not worth the money.
