Great solicitors, and very fast
These solicitors are the best I’ve used and I’ve had to have them a few times, they got the job done as quickly as possible, they was very helpful with question I didn’t understand, nothing seemed too much effort.
Paula was a great help and felt really comfortable with her, she would keep me in the loop as much as possible, and the app is great to use, everything is pretty much done on that and you see the progress in every step.

Would NOT Recommend
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My case was allocated two solicitors, yet the overall handling was very slow and disorganised from start to finish. Communication was a major issue — responses to emails from both solicitors were often rude, unhelpful, and came across with an unprofessional attitude.
The transaction was also managed very poorly in terms of timing and communication. We were initially told completion would take place on the 22nd of the month, so we arranged removal men and paid a deposit. Just two days before, we were informed this would not be going ahead, causing us to lose that deposit.
A new completion date was then set for the 5th of the following month. All parties were aware that we would be on holiday in Turkey and had planned everything around this, including paying further deposits and arranging our move for when we returned. While we were abroad — with our entire house packed and beds already in storage — we received an email saying the top of the chain was not ready and completion might not go ahead. I had to call from Turkey, costing £40 for a six-minute call, only to be told nothing was certain.
Two days later, we were told it was proceeding after all. I requested the final completion statement and had to wait another two days to receive it. When it did arrive, it showed a figure around £5,500 higher than expected. I then had to contact my mortgage company and the solicitors to resolve the issue before funds could be transferred, incurring a further £100 in phone charges. Despite this, the firm refused to reimburse any of the additional costs caused by their errors and delays.
Although completion day itself went smoothly, this was overshadowed by the experience leading up to it. To make matters worse, a week after completion I was contacted again and told they had made another mistake and I now owed an additional £360 due to an error in the figures they originally provided.
Overall, this process took nearly 7 months and was incredibly stressful, with little regard for the impact it had — particularly as I was pregnant throughout. The lack of organisation, poor communication, repeated errors, and unwillingness to take responsibility for mistakes made this a very frustrating experience.
I would not recommend this firm.

Would not recommend, very disappointed
Found the experience very slow and stressful, the receptionists were very good, but communication with others was not good. Slow replies and sometimes abrupt when speaking on the phone. Did not receive the keys to our new property until 3-30 pm, but was expected to leave the old address at 2pm. Very bad communication from the office to the key holders. Never saw anyone in person dealing with our case.
