I cannot fault them in the slightest!! We chose Fidler and Pepper as our solicitors when purchasing our first home. It was a very daunting process but their communication, and explanations of everything throughout, was impeccable. It was a long process but they never let us down, they did everything perfectly, keeping us updated on what they were doing, what stages the sellers solicitors were at, and gave us a breakdown of all costs (and additional charges) all the way through. The final price came to exactly what we were expecting, but with the great communication on the additional charges, there were no horrible surprises. We're also very grateful that they didn't get annoyed with our many questions...and there were many!! But as first time buyers, I guess they are used to it. I want to give a huge shout out to Neve, Christopher and Emma who were great the whole way through. My partner and I would highly recommend Fidler and Pepper!!!
