The biopen cartridges I purchased…
The biopen cartridges I purchased arrived with the packaging all warped and not sealed
You can see the open packaging in all the pictures I sent customer service and all theyvdid was respond with send us more pictures so we can see the cartridges that are damaged! I never claimed the cartridges are damaged but they are definitely NOT STERILE anymore and can not be legally used because of contamination

All the products I ordered arrived, but the promised free gifts (mask, eyelashes, and cream) were missing. I only received the items I paid for.
Be careful with these promotions. In my experience, the advertised gifts were not included. Very disappointing and misleading.
Alle bestellten Produkte sind angekommen, aber die versprochenen Gratisgeschenke (Maske, Wimpern und Creme) haben gefehlt. Ich habe nur die Produkte erhalten, die ich bezahlt habe.
!!!! Vorsicht bei solchen Aktionen – in meinem Fall wurden die beworbenen Geschenke nicht mitgeliefert. Sehr enttäuschend und irreführend.

I received the wrong eye cream when ordered Rejuran Repairing Eye Gel
I received the wrong eye cream . When I contacted Customer Service to resolve this issue they mailed me EMPTY tubes of correct eye gel (Rejuran Repairing Eye Gel). Unacceptable!!!!! This happened 8 months ago and until now this issue isn’t resolved!!!!!!
