Awful service at Filler Lux.
Awful service at Filler Lux.
I placed my first order for a cream, but the package never arrived. Instead of offering help, they told me it wasn’t their problem because I didn’t pay for insurance. Completely unprofessional attitude — why should the customer be left worrying about shipping coverage? This kind of attitude might fly somewhere else, but we’re in the USA where customer service matters. After waiting weeks, I ended up losing $60. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

Dear Customer,
We truly care about our customers and are very sorry that we couldn’t resolve this issue to your satisfaction. According to the courier service, your order was marked as successfully delivered to the address provided.
Unfortunately, without shipping insurance — which is an optional protection available at checkout — we’re unable to file a claim or investigate the delivery further.
We did our best to explain the situation and support you, and we genuinely regret that we couldn’t be more helpful in this case.
We always strive to find a positive solution and hope for better understanding in the future.
Thank you again for your feedback. We're grateful that you chose us.

Fast Shipping, Authentic Product
The selection and price of the products offered by Filler Lux is fantastic! This was my first purchase with them and I ordered Dr. Pen A9 plus additional needle cartridges. The packaging was great, the cartridges came individually wrapped in sterile packaging. In addition, the shipping was fast to US. I received my order in 2 business days. I'm really happy with my first experience and will definitely be a return customer. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed when I finally received
Update: they DO NOT do reruns. Honestly there are much better Bb creams out there to risk not being happy.
I was very disappointed when I finally received his product and put it on. It is way too white and I look ghostly. It also cakes in my dimple lines and ages me 15 years. I am planning on returning it. I also bought the hylarounic acid and it's great.
