Very disorganized.
The truth is that I have bought from them several times, but there were too many problems with my last order, more than 17 days waiting. And when I called or wrote to me they told me they would send it. They promised me for the last time to send it with Express shipping and that didn't happen either. More than a week to receive an order that had been delayed for more than 14 days.
