Disappointed. Poor customer service & no clarity about the proofing process until it was too late.

What I received was not usable; very disappointing
What I received was not usable.
1. The picture is quite dark, losing details of the person and the clothing, and the face and hands have an orange hue. Very different from the proof I was provided earlier in the process.
2. The background to the picture is also quite dark but with horizontal ribbing and with a large discolored splotch on the right side near the edge.
3. The text is so dark that the letters seem to blend and run together, making the words difficult--and in some cases impossible--to read.
4. As if glued in haste, the front piece is a bit crooked on the wood plaque. I measured to make sure my eyes weren’t playing tricks on me.

The entire process was seamless
The entire process was seamless, from creating, to proofing and receiving the shipment on time. I was able to call, and speak to someone whenever I had questions or concerns, each person was very helpful an assured me that my shipment was going to arrive on time.
