In reviewing the issue, our art team should have recognized the previous order and carried forward the same design treatment. For future orders, it can also be helpful to reference a prior order number when submitting engraving details, especially when matching an existing set.

I felt like minimal effort was put in and everything could’ve been larger on the trophy. There was plenty of empty space on both sides of all printing and etching. I would not do business with this company again.

This particular award has a very narrow imprint area, and the approved proof intentionally scaled the artwork to fit within the optimal engraving area while maintaining legibility and proper spacing.

Service was great however, the graphic that I was emailed is substantially better than what is actually on the Plaque. The Plaque graphic is actually quite poor and it is very disappointing.
