Very happy with product and service
We had used Fine Awards three years ago and were very pleased with the high quality of the awards and efficient shipping. We recently ordered again and upon receipt, we noticed one of the awards had a slight defect in the etching. Fine Awards worked quickly to resolve the issue and get a replacement award sent to us in time for our event.

Excellent Product Poor Customer Slow Delivery
I ordered product mid January and did not receive it until March 30. The customer service rep, Elle, never once returned my phone calls and answered emails only sporadically with incomplete and incorrect answers to my questions (I was told two weeks to ship after paying air rates but that was incorrect) I was never told when my product shipped and it arrived unexpectedly.
The product is excellent but the stress associated with unanswered calls, emails and incorrect information when the rep did decide to respond made it a very unpleasant experience.
I would only recommend this company if I could work with a different customer service rep.

We understand you started the process during the holiday rush, and your order was placed at the start of the new year. Custom crystal awards do require a longer production timeline, typically around 45 days after proof approval, due to the manufacturing process.
That said, we recognize that communication should have been clearer and more consistent throughout. Your feedback regarding responsiveness and expectations has been shared internally so we can improve.

The issue stemmed from a late shipping address change request that, unfortunately, was not properly executed on our end. That’s on us. We’re already putting measures in place to ensure address updates are handled more reliably moving forward.
