Polite efficient tech. Arrived on time and set to work after covering adjacent area. Was here for cleaning and inspecting gas fireplace. Would have given five stars had the logs been replaced without leaving a big gap.

Paid $299.00 for cleaning & inspection of my gas fireplace. The tech completed the cleaning within 45 minutes and stated that all seemed good with the fireplace but noted the fan was not working as he wrote up the ticket. First of all, the fan was fully functional before the cleaning. Plus, if the fan wasn’t working he shouldn’t have been finishing up the work without correcting the issue. After I mentioned it was working fine before, he opened up the bottom and realized he had turned it off. A rather large charge for an unskilled professional.

I called this company for putting the chimney cap on my fireplace vent. The guy came with his assistant and finished the work in time. Did a good job. He showed me the picture of what he did. Reasonably priced. I will recommend this company strongly

Fabulous service. Followed up for me when a part needed replacement and arranged repair for me.

Chris the technician did a good job of painting, cleaning and explaining how to maintain my fireplace. However, I was disappointed with having to call the office three times to have the fireplace logs placed properly to avoid soot damage. Chris is a true professional and was very courteous.

Techs arrived early but waited offsite till I arrived and returned their call. My small gas stove was not turning on instantly and not staying on and I needed to get it working to sell the house. Techs did maintenance, added some nice embers and viola, good as new. No charge beyond the maintenance call. Great guys! Young, energetic and super friendly. All smiles all around!

The technician did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them. We have been using them for years and we have never be disappointed.

The technician was knowledgeable and addressed the reason for the visit. Just disappointed with the fact that he left the flute opened in the fireplace leaving the family room very cool and uncomfortable until we discovered the problem. Also he needed to use an electrical outlet that was being used which he unplugged the recliner and never replugged it. Seemed like he was in quite a hurry to leave. I was to receive a call as to the time they would come out to do the service. Never received a call
