Thanks Fishingbooker on resolving customer problems instantly so the client didn't get disappointed

Wind 15-20kts, 3-4 ft seas on/off reef in Islamorada, FL. Mom, dad & two boys, 9 & 12 yrs old. Youngest boy got sea sick after catching 12 nice fish. Customer requested to cut the trip back from 3/4 day to 1/2 day. We refunded the customer 200 immediately and Fishing Booker refunded Makaira Fish Company the $20 difference in the booking fee. All parties are happy with quick response to solving the problem.

Nico is great and very communicative. He helped me understand a lot of what’s going on being new to fishing booker. I’d definitely recommend him for any questions you have as he will take care of you.

The help center is always great…Reached out twice now and they are very helpful….one was with regards to a booking and the latest one is being looked into a verification issue…. Thanks for having this available…I am very impressed with your service!!!

Our vacation was cancelled due to strike in the airport.

When we cancelled our booking with Fishingbooker.com they reached out to us about the deposit which we though was lost.

We send a couple of screenshots from the cancelled flight and got the deposit back swiftly.

Great way to run a business - will use them another time if possible,

No one contacted us about location and then next morning boat was no running for mechanical issues. Owner said he get us on another boat and call me back in 15-20 minutes. I called him twice after 40 minutes and no answer. Do not use this service.

Had some initial trouble with Website, due to boomer age issues, LOL. Leah helped me navigate through it. Great job with support! We also have to mention, our charter was outstanding! We will be back .....
