Buenas compré maquina multiestacion ws7 más poleas y la compra fue magnífica una buena máquina a un super precio, me atendió MAIKEL, desde el primer momento fue todo muy sencillo con el , un señor que hace su trabajo como tiene que ser, fue tanta la confianza con el que no me lo pensé ni un segundo, tuve un pequeño problema con los montadores que no pertecian a su grupo de trabajo y me lo soluciono el en nada , recomiendo fitshop ibérica al 200% gracias por todo Maikel saludos 💪💪

Living in the Açores its difficult to get things shipped, especially gym equipment. Fitshop delivered at a reasonable price and honored a warranty issue immediately by sending a replacement without additional shipping fees. 10/10 I will be shopping with them again.

Buen aparato
Buen aparato. Muy fácil de montar. Se puede instalar con la polea a la derecha o a la izquierda tal como se ve en las imágenes. Pedí los 90 kg porque teniendo en cuenta la relación de transmisión individual de 4:1 sabía que se iba a quedar corta. Al enganchar ambas poleas con los mosquetones sube a 2:1 y el peso real es de 45 kg totales así que está bastante bien para trabajar todo el cuerpo. Al menos para mí que peso 50 kg. Es muy elegante y compacta.

Inspire FT2 en Fitshop
Compramos la Inspire FT2 en Fitshop y la verdad es que estamos encantados. La máquina es una auténtica pasada y quedó todo perfectamente instalado. Además, tuvimos que solucionar algunas pequeñas cosas después de la instalación y el servicio postventa fue espléndido. En especial, queremos agradecer la atención de Nina, que estuvo pendiente de todo y nos ayudó a que quedase todo perfecto. ¡Muy recomendable la experiencia con Fitshop!

Awful experience dealing with Fitshop.
Awful experience dealing with Fitshop.
Bought a Centural XL punching bag to be delivered to Portugal, and had a nightmare with delivery. They were weeks delayed sending the boxing bag, blaming holidays. Then when it arrived, it only arrived with half of it! The other piece was due to be delivered on 4 separate days but the delivery company, Dachsler, said on different occasions that they didn't have the right address (even though the first piece was delivered) and that they could not reach us (even though they got through to us for the first delivery). On each occasion we had to completely rearrange our days so it was exasperating when they did not deliver on the 4th day (despite us being in the house on the full day for each of those days).
Ended up having to request a refund but Fitshop took no responsibility and said they can't issue a refund until the transport company picks the first piece and delivers it to their warehouse. Awful customer service.

Please note that we closely followed the shipment throughout the process and remained in contact with the transport company in an attempt to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Regarding the refund, although our standard procedure is to process refunds once the returned goods arrive back at our warehouse, in your case we made an exception and issued the refund in advance due to the difficulties experienced with the delivery.

Atención de color azul
Tengo insistentemente la necesidad de ampliar el ramillete que tengo de manerales. Por azar, encontré lo que estaba buscando en el momento. Una cuerda larga para hacer extensiones de tríceps, (mayor rango de movimiento) con muy buenos estímulos. Además, vi unos ganchos de agarre "Chiva", atrayentes además de diferentes a los que ya poseo. En fin, estoy muy muy contento y satisfecho con la comprar realizada en fitshop.es.
Aunque lo más sorprendente y gratificante, ha sido el trato salvador, personal y amable de la persona que por teléfono, me atendió. Para terminar tan solo, gracias por el calor humano.
