Great quality but better service
First I must say the quality of my flag is outstanding. Most importantly the service is the best of any company I have worked with. I inquired about the delivery of my flags and within 24 hours I received a response. To top it off, Alice let me know the actual status of my delivery. Without me asking. Great Job to Alice and the whole company team.

Quality and Care
Flagwix goes beyond what most do with their banners and flags, and yes they may cost a little more, but they are so worth the extra you pay. As an example, the Garden Flags are double sided, and the majority in the market are single, so really the Flagwix last twice as long. So as the saying goes, You Get What You Pay For and with Flagwix you get Quality and Care and Support beyond most Companies we have run across today.

Our flag from Flagwix is very good quality with rich colors and great detail. We are proud to have it waving in our front yard! We did not have any issues, but still appreciated the very personalized customer service after our purchase.

Both of my flags tore within 2 days and…
Both of my flags tore within 2 days and can not make a connection with them . Of course my guaranteed time is almost up and feel that I have been suckered. Was excited to get the 250th anniversary flags and now do not have any! Will never do business with them again Oh by the way, my order was shipped from Canada and wanted to support America!

Quality Products
Although part of my last order was a little delayed and communication could have improved I am still satisfied with the products. I definitely am impressed with the quality and thickness of the flag material. The colors are bright, the graphics are sharp, and the sizes over exceed expectations. I ordered an outside wind spinner 12" with a vintage red truck design just beautiful. I am sure I will place more orders in the future. Thumbs up !!

These do NOT hold up in the wind!
I have ordered several hundred dollars worth of buntings for my front porch from Flagwix and was not aware they do NOT stand up in wind. I wanted to attach photos of my torn to shreds bunting banners here for you to see - but from complete tears to complete frayed edges, they are a tangled mess and I will have to throw 1/3 of my banners in the trash.
I reached out to their customer service and was promised a resolve - sent them the photos of the damages - and never heard back. :( I will not be buying from this company again.
If you have any wind, and you are hanging these outdoors, do yourself a favor and don't bother with Flagwix. #poorquality

Ordered a wreath and a garden flag, got charged a second time!
Update 04/23/2026: For some reason both emails from Flagwix.com and my payment company got sent out again accidentally. I didn't get charged a second time. Very confusing, though.
Ordered a wreath and a garden flag. Quality is not great but acceptable. So, I wasn't going to order more from this vendor. Now all of a sudden I get charged again $90 without having ordered anything. Contacted customer service and got feedback that they accidentally sent out emails and I should just ignore it.

Flagwix is a reputable small business based in the USA. Their products are first rate in quality and selection. I have several of their 3x5 and house flags and also fan flags for my front fence. Their website is orderly and easy to navigate and prices are competitive and reasonable in lieu of the excellent quality. Their customer service is also top notch.
