Needed remote controler for a very old fire. Darren could not have been more helpful.
Got it in 2 days and fire now work 100%

I absolutely love my new fireplace. Looking forward to the winter months sitting in front of the fireplace... Nice and cosy. I love the change of colours of the lights on the fireplace surround... I can change it depending what kind of mood I'm in... its the bees knees having the remote control

We looked at a lot of fires but decided on the Flamerite E-FX model. We are really pleased with it, the logs look real and you can change the colours to suit, I can’t wait for winter! The app was easy to install and we have received lots of compliments about the fire. A mention too for the Heat Depot, Middleton who gave exceptional service.

We purchased the Nitra fire when we had a new fireplace installed. We are happy with the flame effect which can be changed to suit your mood. So far we have not used the heater as the weather has been warm. We are very pleased with the overall look of the flame effect and its surround in our new fireplace

We have purchased the Arlo 16” fire. It was installed in less than an hour, looks very smart and is very easy to use. We are delighted with it!

The Arlo fire was needed to fit into an existing marble fireplace, replacing an old gas fire. It fits the bill perfectly and seems to be just what we needed. The installation was efficiently carried out, but we were disappointed to find that no spur had been fitted. The electric cable was left coming straight out of the wall and into an existing socket. It looked very untidy and we asked for a spur to be fitted. This was done at an extra cost of £95. It was claimed that we had been asked if we wanted a spur, but had refused. Neither my wife nor I remember its being mentioned.
Like most of the modern gadgets we buy these days, we find that the operating instructions are poorly written. I think all these should be written by an elderly, literate person after instruction by an expert on the product. That way, the elementary problems, caused by inadequate explanations, would be avoided or corrected. As an example, I had to return to the retailer to ask where the keypad was. I had read page 04 of the instructions where the keypad is mentioned, but no explanation of its location is given.

After looking at many fires we decided to go for a flamrite fire(Gotham 900) we made the right choice, not only for value for money but looks and performs great. It's so realistic looking better than most other fires can't recommend this fire enough. Before purchasing a fire check out the Flamrite range you won't be disappointed.

Very helpful when we visited the showroom in Lichfield to decide which fire. Little used since Ennio fire fitted in September but very pleased with look and ease of use, being able to vary colour and intensity of flames and bed.

Great fire, with great flame effect. We love it, but only 4 stars, as there is an issue when using the flamerite app. If one person turns the fire on via the app and forgets to log out, then no-one else can control it.

A real statement piece.
Our Flamerite Exo is a real head turner , looks and performs as we had hoped.
A slight hiccup with some absent fixing screws , but Flamerite put them in the post the same day , that’s good customer relations!
The routing of the electrical connecting wire , if you are putting the fire on a Base needs Re- thinking , but we modified the base to overcome this , which was no big deal.
So on the whole , a deserved 5 star to Flamerite.

Purchased an E-FX Fire from Flamerite fires for our new build home. We spent months researching & looking at different options as we had always purchased gas fires in the past.
We have had it installed for about a month now & I have to say - It is an Amazing fire - everything we hoped it would be.
Beautifully finished, fantastic range of flame options & has thermostat control. We have it on a relatively standard setting but you can literally use the pallet to do almost any colour, speed & type of fire you want so will never get bored of how it looks. When controlling heat the fan is almost silent. I would recommend to anyone. Well done Flamerite & thank you !!

I bought a remote control fire from a retailer then lost the remote. With minimal information, Flamerite!s customer service identified and supplied a replacement within 5 days. Brilliant.

I telephoned this morning re instructions about changing the battery in the remote for my Cascade fire.Megan was extremely helpful and suggested sending me the relevant details by email. This afternoon when I was attempting to follow them, something wasn’t quite clear,I phoned again and again I was helpfully talked through the process. What a difference to get helpful, pleasant customer service, sadly a rarity these days. Thank you so much. Val Woodcock

My fire was fitted in a good way, although it took longer than I expected because it was more difficult than expected, it is now working as expected and gives the room a lovely warm looking experience.

Wonderful service from ordering the fire to the fitting. I love my fire. It makes me a warm and comfortable with just the flame effect on, and takes the chill off in the winter late at night. A great buy and value for money
