We decided to change our gas fire to a flame effect fire electrict fire

The "Gotham 900" certainly looks the part and is visually quite versatile.I was a little disappointed in the noise output, it's OK when the TV or music is playing but you would not want to sit reading with it on.
Instructions state, "only suitable for well insulated spaces or occasional use", so what about cold rooms?

Beautiful fire gives wonderful ambiance with different light settings

We are extremely happy with our Cisco 16 which was fitted for us in December.
It looks elegant Insitu and warms the room brilliantly,we have yet to put the heat to maximum as it is totally adequate on half power for the size of the room(4x4metres).
We can honestly say that we would recommend the model to anyone.

This fire looks so good in our sitting room and it has allowed us to totally transform the decor of the room, whilst keeping us warm 😀

Fire arrived well packaged and is exactly as expected. Easy to use and looks really good, very happy 😊

So far we are really enjoying our new flamerite fire . It is electric as we do not have gas to that area . It looks lovely and is very realistic . Not sure about the cost as yet , hence 4 stars .

We purchased our fire from Fire Studio in Hull, we like the flexibility of operating from the app or remote control, the feature of having the glow without heat which gives a cosy ambiance to the lounge, adjustable heat settings to suit, attractive. We love it.

Excellent product but did find the instructions for installing the glass front a little confusing. Written by someone who knows the product so it took me a couple of goes to get it right to enable the heating to work.

We have the Gotham 900 Nitra as a replacement for an old gas fire. It is economical and the heat output for our room is ideal. It also looks great!
Whilst rearranging the ceramic logs, one of them fell out and broke. I called Flamerite and they were kind enough to send a replacement FOC! Great customer service.

Our fire would show the flames but not heat, Megan was patient and efficient, describing how to resolve our problem successfully, now we have a fire that is working

Contacted Flamerite to ask how to resolve a problem with a defective bulb on a Luma 1200 fire. Within 24 hours they sent two new bulbs (free of charge) and advised how to remove and replace the bulb.
Very impressed with the service we received.

Found my remote not working after changing the batteries . Phoned Flamerite, (answered in three rings) and told me what to try.
No success
So I sent my remote for reset as advised.
Within a week a brand new remote was sent to me free as charged as mine was broken (probable my ham fisted way of changing the batteries)
This is unbelievable service as my fire is ten years old.

My remote stopped working with the battery light flashing, I changed the batteries over and nothing happen, checked and double checked still nothing. I then e mailed Flamerite Fires and told them the issue, they replied to my mail with a phone call. Talked them through the issue and they sent me over written instructions for me to follow. Again nothing worked, asked me to send the remote to them for check (free of charge) which I did, I have now received back my remote fully working. Great customer service and a cost to them to send back as well. And just to say the fire I have is fantastic as well

The customer service is first class. I received expert advice to deal with my problem from a pleasant, knowledgeable and patient lady. My fire is now working perfectly. Thank you.

My remote control for my fire was mislaid, and I was finding it difficult to get on the floor to operate the switches. I messaged Flamerite and after establishing which fire I have, Darren sent me a new remote, and now I can use my fire easily. I thoroughly recommend Darren and Flamerite and am very grateful for their superb service.

The fire looks amazing, worth paying a little bit more for a great product.

We have just purchased a Flamerite Ennio 3 fire through Flames of Hull. We haven't used it for heating yet but we are enjoying the amazing flame display. It's quiet and incredibly realistic. It looks really cosy and the quality and design are brilliant. We needed to speak with Flamerite before purchase to check the dimensions and the person we spoke to answered our query directly and accurately.
