Excellent customer service that went above and beyond.
I had purchased a fire from Heatforce, in Llanishen, Cardiff which we could not get to work. They were unable to help me so I contacted Flamerite fires, spoke to Natalie who was extremely helpful and went out of her way to find a remote for our fire( which had not been provided by Heatforce )

We purchased a Jaeger 1360 wall mounted fire almost four years ago. To be honest we've been thrilled with it. It looks modern, stylish and certainly gives our lounge a feeling of warmth and cosiness from its realistic flame effect.
However, when we changed the batteries in the remote, we couldn't then match it up again with the fire. Spoke to Natalie at Flamerite and she asked me to pop the remote in the post, so they could check it out. Just five days after posting the remote we were very pleasantly surprised to receive a brand new replacement, free of charge! Put the batteries in, followed the instructions and the new remote matched up to our fire straight away.

Aunt bought electric fire from stockist at Polhill. Very pleased with product, does exactly what she wants, easy to install. Only thing was I was given the job of arranging the logs etc and no one could agree with what looked best as there was so many ways to do it!

Good sales service in Newcastle Fireplace Centre. Fire delivered after 2 weeks. Once installed looks fabulous, really enjoy the different colours and tones. BUT installation instructions not particularly helpful and placing the glass front in the appropriate position was difficult (under threat of it shattering at any point in time)! Hopefully, the glass will not need to be removed in the future.

Very nice fire supplied and fitted by Chatsworth fire and Stoves in Chesterfield. I found initially setting the app a bit of a problem, but that was me reading the instructions incorrectly.
The only thing I would have have liked is a Remote control as my wife is not an App user on her mobile phone and gets a bit annoyed.

We met Simon at Stafford Fireplaces and we was very welcoming, very knowledgeable about what type of fire would suit our home, he organised a survey to make sure it would suit… the installation went very well, workmen also knowledgeable and very clean

The fire was delivered sooner than we expected. It was the wrong model but the issue quickly rectified without issue. It is a quality product. It looks stylish and substantial. It is easy to operate and the app is easy to manage. Very helpful staff when called up company to register product. Would strongly recommend.

Great looking fire and performs as stated.
During fitting two side plates were found to be the wrong size and we are having to wait for them to be made and delivered.

I found the tradesmen to be very helpful and didn't keep coming to you all the time. They let you browse at your leisure.

I am absolutely delighted with the Flamerite Atlas 1000 that I bought recently through Coeval Fires of Dover, Kent, UK. This is a TOP quality product and I am 'over the moon' with it's beauty, elegance and functionality.

Unfortunately my fire is old and your from stock instruction sheet lacked pictures for a novice, but Natalie remedied that for me.
