I have been using Sandra Raw at Flight Centre for at least 7 years now, she has been exceptional. I have had a stroke and have Ménière’s disease which makes travel extremely unpredictable for me. She has never complained, or refused to change a flight and there have been numerous changes. Sandra, you deserve a huge thank you from me. I am thankful for meeting you so many years ago when I did my first experience with flight center.
I can only recommend Sandra.

I used Carmen Coetzee to assist me with my family holiday trip and I HIGHLY recommend using her services.She was extremely helpful, patient and accommodative as I changed my mind a few times on the destination as well as the number of people on the trip...this meant she needed to provide me with various quotes and suggestions. She did all that without complaining. Once my mind was made up, she arranged the entire trip from A-Z with no hiccups...everything went smoothly. Even though she was on holiday herself, she was a call/text away if we needed her for anything. I will surely use her services again.
