Incredible, hands on service
Marise Saayman has been incredibly helpful and has gone over and above to provide me and my company with the kind of service we really need when organising complex travel arrangements. She's always available and has got me out of tricky travel situations, sitting on the other side of the world, getting me home when I needed to.
I would highly recommend her to help you from a personal travel and business travel perspective.

Another well planned holiday
My husband and I have always booked our trips with Carmen. This time we were a group of 9 including kids travelling to Mauritius.

Travel agent that can handle a crisis
I had an accident a month before my travels which resulted in postponing my travels. Lizeth stepped in and handled all necessary arrangements to postpone my original traveling plans. This involved rescheduling multiple flights and accommodations. Despite the complexities of rebooking she ensured that every detail was attended to smoothly and accurately. She managed every detail of the situation with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency, making a challenging time significantly easier.
