They take you on a wild goose chase. It does not activate.

I had an issue with entering the Product Code. (It may have been user error on my part.) I emailed flixeasy.com outside of their normal business hours and they resolved the problem completely to my satisfaction.

It took a couple of days to resolve because they are located in the UK and I am in the US, but they responded to my emails within 24 hours. Their responses were polite and to the point. Ultimately, I I would definitely purchase from Flixeasy again.

Customer service is quick to respond and helpful to get problems resolved. I would buy from this company again and will recommend it to others.

Fixeasy makes purchasing Microsoft software the only place to look. They sell about ever version of Windows, Office and other software at a very reasonable price with downloads and activation keys sent out immediately. They even provide confirmation ID's for software that is no longer supported by Microsoft. Customer support is second to no one!

Great. I think I made a mistake on my order and they didn't charge me or give me any issues just made it right. Super responsive via email. I'll definitely use them again.

I thought this vendor was legit, soon after checkout I received an email with my product key for windows 11 pro. However, the key fails to activate and it returns an invalid message. I tried emailing Flixeasy several times but was ignored. Their customer service form returns an invalid server error.

Now, I have to waste time doing a chargeback. Waste of time! Negative 10 stars.

I ordered a Windows 10 Home product key and received it by email the next day along with an ISO installation file. My existing OS was Windows 7 Professional. Due to my own ignorance, I had believed that I could overwrite Win7 Pro with Win10 Home. I was wrong. The installation went okay but Windows SETUP automatically loaded Win10 Pro and the Win10 Home product key did not work. At their request, I sent screenshots to FLIXEASY. I had already figured out that I needed a Windows 10 Professional product key. Without any question, quibbling, or fuss, they sent me a Win10 Pro product key the very next day and I was able to immediately activate my new OS. They were so polite and helpful. It was a great stress-free experience. I highly recommend FLIXEASY.

Ordered 2 items and received email with activation keys within 2 hours. Had some minor issues getting one product activated. I communicated via email with support folks and the issue was totally resolved. Throughout it all they were very responsive and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to order products from them again. Excellent company to work with and great value.

I ordered MS Office but had 'Product Key' issues. Flixeasy continued to work with me until we finally got my license issue fixed. It took 3 product keys to get there, but all is working now.

I ordered the software and received it via email the following day, along with clear instructions. Although I initially encountered an issue with the product key, I reached out via email and received a prompt response the very next day. Their customer service is truly excellent; they stayed with me until everything was working perfectly. I would definitely recommend them.

I was skeptical to download an access key for my Microsoft product online from ANY website, but before I chose Flixeasy, I did my research. After I downloaded my Microsoft product, I opened my email and downloaded the software. From there it was an easy install, and my Microsoft software I purchased has worked since then. I was so happy with the ease of downloading the Microsoft program, I purchased it again for my other computer and have had no issues on that computer either. I know if something does happen in the future to my Microsoft Office Professional Pro 2024 software where it glitches or something similar, I know Flixeasy will be there to fix my issue! Just read the many reviews where Flixeasy was there to help the person with his or her issue and how that issue was resolved positively.

Purchased Office 2019 for Mac from Flixeasy after an extended search. I believed I had the right version of office for an outdated MacBook. But when I tried to install, it won't go through, I got an error message that I need to update to MacOS 14.0 which not compatible with the version of my MacBook. I was disappointed and frustrated. But the support team staff was patiently working with me back and forth for almost 3 weeks, and got the Office for Mac working. If you need software to work with an outdated computer, I would recommend you work with Flixeasy so that you can get the right product and professional services to overcome the challenges and frustrations you may encounter.

My computer crashed! Tragic! I had to reload my Word processor which had been lost. I found what I needed at FLEXEASY. In my upset, I lost the order in the maze that is the web. In my panic, I contacted their customer service folks and a few hours later my program was in my in box. With a click and 5 minutes my life’s blood was back and I was again, happily editing my magnum opus. 🤓 Thank you FLEXEASY!

I ordered a Microsoft 365 program and had trouble with the product key. Their customer service was excellent and they got my issue resolved. I've purchased from them before and will definitely buy again.
