EVERYTHING AS PROMISED, AFTER A MONTH IT STOPPED WORKING, MULTIPLE EMAILS TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITH NO RESPONSE.

i HAD PROBLEMS UPDATING FROM HOME TO PRO WINDOWS, FLIXEASY WORK WITH ME UNTIL IT WORKED

Don't buy this product for the invalid product key. I sent a few emails without no response. For your protection, please trust me. Thanks.

Really was quite easy and works perfectly! Though I had a hiccup initially, customer service was right there and worked quickly to give me more info that was very useful.

I did not receive the product ordered, I wast a refund of what you charged me.

The product I bought just worked no hassle no pain just worked

Great software at a fair price. Very pleased with this business.

No issues whatsoever. Exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend!

Run into an issue with the license after 6 months, it was resolved in 1 day,

Flixeasy customer support is by far one of the best. I had issues with a Win Pro key i purchased from FE and reached out to try and understand the problem. FE support explained the issues with upgrading varying versions of windows and offered options to resolve the problem. Problem fixed! This has been a satisfying purchase and I look forward to doing business with Flixeasy in the future.

Our final decision to select Flixeasy was based largely on Trustpilot reviews. When our new product key did not work on the first try, we thought, "Uh Oh". However! We immediately contacted Flixeasy's customer support email and they very quickly resolved the issue! Their support was clear and concise with immediate results. We recommend Flixeasy without any hesitation!

Straight forward, easy to follow installation App.

i purchased office 2019 and i cant get no tech suport to activate the license so it expired and i cant use it.

I have used Flixeasy to upgrade each version of Windows and Office, I have. I have also used them to upgrade friends' computers. If I have ever had a problem, their support team is always very helpful. I definitely recommend them if you need a Windows or Office license

Wasn’t working at first then I got help nd it worked. Great price, great customer service. I recommend

Not too bad, got my products right away!

First off, I'm always a little leery about buying something from a site like this. But I chose to chance it because my hard drive crashed and I lost all my apps. I didn't have a copy of all the product keys nor did I have a copy of the software. I had one copy on a DVD/CD, but these days, computers don't come with those drives. I tried to use my old computer which still has a DVD drive, but copying to a thumb drive wasn't cutting it. So I trusted Flixeasy. At first, it didn't work because I had already install the software from that thumb drive. The Flixeasy people responded quickly to my problem by advising me to uninstall all traces of the app, then using there link to do a fresh install and then use the product code. It worked so great that I purchased another app from them. Now I just have to learn how to use that app. Since 2013, the apps have really changed.

I didn’t intentionally sign up for this service and want to cancel

They need to respond with a product (Microsoft) key for "word", single pc for life, that can be activated on my DELL (windows 11) laptop. I have sent emails describing my attempts to activate word for life, including having BestBuy geek squad attempt to activate the key sent with no success, This purchase was a loss of my money!

Program didn't work
