Flixeasy Reviews

The code I received had previously been used. So they were no good. When I contacted support by email. Even after a week of reminders, I never got a response, even after four separate attempts over the next few days. gave up and just paid the full price on the Microsoft Store since I had the habit, and I could not get hold of anybody. I did have high hopes

Very good customer service if you have any issues. They helped to make sure my Win11 Pro license got applied correctly, even if it meant giving me a new license code.

Great price, no subscription.

I really like the fact that y'all were consistently replying to me and making sure that y'all corrected my order. I truly love that. Thank you so much. Will recommend to my family. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Had problems with install asked for refund for one version (professional) and downloaded a different version. Tech support buy email is very difficult. Please refund for the Professional edition

As advertised at great price. I initially had issues with the key code, but Flixeasy provided a fix within two days.

you got it right this time I asked for a refund because I couldn't load the programs I bought for you the first time you sent my money back I bought new programs and they are working fine thanks guys

My product key never worked, I’ve emailed customer service twice and never received a single reply back. Don’t use these guys it’s a scam.

There was a problem activating my purchase of Microsoft Word, and I was disappointed at not being able to reach anyone by phone, but I still decided to give a five star rating because my emails were answered in a timely way and I was able to get the program activated within two days, which is great considering I reside in the US. Plus it was a good deal monetarily. Very hard to find a place to purchase just Microsoft Word without the entire Microsoft office which I don’t need. So it worked out very well and I am a happy customer.

Bought a Win 11 Pro key. Had some issues related to the upgrade (my fault, not fixeasy's) and the support was superb: quick and to the point, even during weekend. I will buy again. A+++

I had trouble with office 2024 activation. Flixeasy helped me make it work.

Response to my question right away, always have the answer and for sure order anything again.

I purchased two Windows 11 Pro licences. One worked fine, but the other did not. I reached out by email for assistance and they took care of the issue right away. they were polite and ready to help. Overall, a good experience.

Win 11 Pro upgrade license activate.
My recently acquired key license for upgrading to Windows 11 Pro encountered an issue. I promptly requested assistance in resolving the matter, and I am pleased to inform you that the issue has been successfully resolved. I commend your continued efforts in maintaining the quality of your products.

I bought MS office and other softwares from Fkixeasy and my experience with them has been excellent. Their products and subscriptions work very well. The after sale services are great and they took prompt action whenever I needed them. Highly recommended from my side.

Do not use! Reached out to the company multiple time because the product keys did not work and did not hear from them.

I am revising my previous "ZERO" review to a 3. They finally did respond and sent me a Key. It activated properly as promised.

Fast delivery.

They are extremely helpful when you run into an issue and are detailed in what to do next.
