Flixeasy Reviews

Trusted and reliable service and product.

First key didn't work, so I had to buy from someone else. Second key works, so I could use it on another PC,

Although the key didn't work on first few attempts, they always helped me with ways to get activated. Finally, I am activated saving me over $125 a year for MS365

A problem that cracked up was resolved within a day. Great support

A trustworthy website to purchase the software products which are more expensive in the market, thanks for bringing them to the customers' convenience and their timely assistance to the customers' concerns is remarkable, hope you continue the same for a lifetime. Wish you bring more products into Flixeasy for the best price. Thank you

I have a purchased a few ms office 2019 for mac "lifetime" products keys and as others have mentioned one day the licenses stopped working. I even tried to purchase a new one and it would install but microsoft would not activate it. Their support has not been helpful and still haven't processed my refund. Spend a little extra money and buy 2024 from Apple.

Great service. Support staff followed up and solved my issue.

I got my product keys fast right after payment and worked great. This is my second pc I put together and will definitely purchase more on future builds. Windows pro 11 and Microsoft office work great.

Customer suppport was amazing. I had to reinstall windows and when installing MS Office, product key wasn't working. So I contacted support and they resolved my issue in a timely manner.

Got the software as advertised and stellar customer service if you need it.

I had an issue with the word I purchased, it stopped working after a month and this wonderful team helped me very quickly and in a very simple easy way to apply. Thank you again.

i bought Microsoft Office 365 Professional Plus | Lifetime Activation for MAC.. First of all, the first red flag is that a lifetime Office 365 license doesn't exist, so they're not selling you a real license (always check the Microsoft website first to confirm the license exists). I assume they sold me a one-year subscription, and after a few months the license stopped working. I contacted them and they gave me another account, but now, after a year, the license has also stopped working and they're not responding to my messages.

Microsoft Office 2024 lifetime is available, but i recommend you to buy from official websites.

The order process was very easy. Software was downloadable within minutes. I have purchased Windows OS keys multiple times through this company and the codes worked flawlessly every time.

Bad service. Provided not working Product Key. Don't waste your money.

I have been using the FlixEasy for a couple years, but it stopped working all of a sudden due to invalid account. I wrote to customer service, with no response from my email account, even after reminders. I reached out to customer service from another account asking to purchase the product and they immediately responded. When I mentioned about the issue, they asked for details and once the details are provided there was no response again. Reminders also did not help.

I can share the email copies, if required. Thanks.

I have had no big problems with Flixeasy. The website is easy to navigate and purchasing software is easy. On occasion I have had to email them because of a license key NOT working. However, each time this occurred they were prompt with a correction. I have never purchased software from Flixeasy that failed to work after working with Flixeasy to correct the issue.

Amazing Customer Service! Amazing Prices!

I have used their Windows Office Professional and Windows 11 Professional products for the last 4 years. The products have all worked well. Sometimes I have requested help or had questions and they have always been helpful. Done about a dozen separate installations so far and all have been successful. Saved a lot of money too, which is especially important at our non-profit senior center. Highly Recommend!

All you need to get great software at prices you can actually afford.. site is informative, ordering is a breeze and keys delivered extremely quickly. Great experience oversll

Couldn't install the software without uninstalling office, which I did, but still couldn't install. Asked for refund within 30 minutes and days later got asked more questions and recommendations.
