Getdigimarket Reviews

Getdigimarket.com was honest in their product. They are a 100% trust worthy vendor of Microsoft products. My purchase went well and the product I purchased was exactly what I needed!

I am a repeat customer --- which should tell you all you need to know. I will certainly use this seller again for any future needs I have.

I need Office on my computer right now. I thought an instant download was the ticket. I got the software download and key in my e-mail after about ten minutes. When I went to install the license code has exceeded the amount of times it was activated. So I took a screenshot like they wanted me to do. I sent it 4 hours ago and CRICKETS! I asked for a refund and CRICKETS! I will need to do a chargeback and now I have to find a legitimate license.

Great customer service and effective communication. I am very satisfied with my purchase and experience.

They worked with me all weekend to solve an issue. They never gave up and my problem was solved and I'm enjoying the results. A good source.

Had an issue with software. Not only did they provide assistance one way (which ended up not working either) they diligently continued to find a way to make sure my software works and now it does! Thank you!

When I had difficulty activating office 2024, getdigimarket responded quickly and got it sorted in minutes. This is my 4th time purchasing from them and I recommend them to family.

I had problems to activate the product that I bought, but technical support helped me to fix it.

I had my home PC crash and needed to install a clean version of Windows so I ordered a license key from Getdigimarket at 6:23 PM CST. They quickly sent me a confirmation of the order and my bank card was charged the correct amount. It is now 7:49 PM CST and I still do not have a license key from Getdigimarket but they have sent me another email promising me 25% off on other Microsoft software. Getdigimarket has not responded to my emails and I cannot reinstall Windows 11 on my home pc without a new license key. Thank you very much getdigimarket for making my Friday evening totally miserable while I'm still waiting on my key from you.
Update: It has now be 4 hours I've had Windows 11 Install Screen waiting for me to input a license key and I still have nothing from Getdigimarket. I do not recommend every giving your money to this company. I will be in touch with my bank to try to get my money back.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I ordered 15 license codes for 2024 Office Pro Plus. I received an email with seven identical codes, not the fifteen ordered. When I tried to use the code it stated that license code usage had been exceeded. I tried emailing for help and have not heard anything back.

I ordered licenses for Office 2024 Pro Plus and Windows 11 Professional. I was disappointed when both product keys failed to work as advertised. However, the Getdigimarket support was prompt in responding to my email and I soon had both keys working fine. I’ve been using my products for a couple days now and haven’t had any further issues. I would have given this review 5 stars if it wasn’t for the initial hassle of having to contact their customer support team. The person who responded to my email seemed to be very courteous and professional and attentive to my needs. Other support teams I’ve dealt with in the past could take a lesson from the Getdigimarket support team.

Compré una key de Windows 10 IoT LTSC Enterprise, no funcionaba y hablé con soporte, luego de unas horas me brindaron otra key funcional y legítima. Al principio desconfiaba y ahora recomiendo esta página 10/10 🇵🇪👍

Download MS Office 2024 Professional Plus program and installed it in my computer. It's great working without call MS support for ID numbers by use it online. not any issue. I will buy any software again. It's Pro services.
