Getdigimarket Reviews

The product, MS office suite, was exactly as advertised once installed. I didn’t have a problem with the installation, but the fantastic customer support solve the problem immediately and I was able to complete the installation.

The product price and quality as advertised was perfect.

The price of the software was very reasonable and it was delivered quickly. After two months, I was not able to save any of my Excel or MSWord files. I emailed them and they got back to me the next day. I tried the steps they recommended, but it did not work. I emailed them again with the screenshot explaining the issues and they responded back the next day with new instructions. It worked and I now I can save my files again. I really like the quick response and how they handled my issue. I would definitely buy from them again and anyone looking for software should as well.

I purchased Microsoft office 2019 for only $12.99 and installed it without any problems. I high like recommend this excellent company and will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

I purchased a Win 11 license. The license didn't work and I contacted their support. They sent me a new license key pretty quickly which resolved the problem.

This was an easy way for me to reinstall Windows 10 Pro on a non-functioning older laptop at a very reasonable cost after losing my original product key. I was having a problem upgrading from HOME to PRO edition and the support staff provided step by step instructions which worked perfectly.

painless, efficient process. Completed in minutes.
great experience.

As a 74 year old trying to update his home computer I was having many problems until I came across Getdigimarket and Windows 10.
I had problems ( were on my end) and Getdigimarket worked with me until I had it downloaded and installed. I thank them for their patience and support.

The prices are great. The software works as it should. The download is easy and includes the key needed to run the software. This is a pay once and never have to pay for the software again. They also check up on your purchase to be sure all is good. Great company.

Made two purchases from them. I had a problem with one of them. They resolved it promptly. I made another purchase from a competitor. Getdigimarket was way better.

I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Pro Plus from Getdigimarket. I got a GREAT deal, received the product key immediately after purchase, and had no problems downloading or installing it. I have received several follow-up emails and coupons for discounts on future purchases as a thank you! I am very pleased with the product I purchased and the service offered had I needed it. I highly recommend Getdigimarket.

easy to use, got the downloads i purchased quick and easy, no issues.

This was the first time I had used getDigimarket. I admit I was a little skeptical. But I used the service to download Microsoft office professional and overall it went very smoothly and worked as advertised. I had one small problem which I emailed them about and they responded very quickly with a solution. I would use them again.

I purchased a Windows 11 Pro license, and shortly after placing the order received an email saying the order was received. I sent a request to the support address and did not receive a reply for 15 hours. In spite of the website saying orders are processed immediately, it took over three hours to receive the key.

I purchased the MS office 2024 LTSC standard software and received the download link and instruction via email within 5 mins. I had a problem installing it at first. Then I figured out how to install it buy signing out my MS account. When opening the Edge browser, there’s an app on the left site near the URL. It’s already has 365 Office loaded in. As such, I couldn’t uninstall or remove it. Only way to install is by signing out of MS account. Finally, it let me install the Office. Activating the software was quick & easy. The next day, staff sent me a follow email to ensure that I have no trouble installing and activating the Office. Great customer support and I am appreciative. Tony

Very helpful people, was having trouble activating because of a mistake on my end (wrong version of Windows installed) and they kept troubleshooting with me until the issue was resolved, couldn't be happier!

I trusted Getdigimarket and they delivered !!

Very happy in the delivery of the product. (Office 2021). It was straight forward to install. I had to log into Microsoft Authentication website to get it license to authenticate.

I purchased two softwares from Getdigimarket and I am completely happy with their quality of service especially when I had some issues with installing in my laptop and the support team systematically guided me with the steps to download and install it. I recommend this seller. Thanks team 👌
