Getdigimarket Reviews

Great customer service provided. Stayed in contact with me for several days, provided information to help delete the old Office program and assure the new program loaded.

Great deal, ease of transaction.

Support staff was amazing. I had issues with downloading due to version of Windows and they walked me through everything. I just needed a PowerPoint License. I'm all set and ready to go thanks to the amazing support they gave me.

They sent me the Key for Microsoft Office 2021 (Mac) immediately. However, I had to download the software from Microsoft. It took more than an hour to get the software.

Purchased Office Suite 2019 that was downloaded from the Microsoft site. Installation was easy and seamless.

Install went went well. Very quick response to questions.

Software is what it is advertised. I had to contact Microsoft through their software help site to install it though.

I received my key and instructions promptly. Installed my office software immediately and was able to activate the software without any problems.. Hopefully it’ll keep working…

I received my keys very quickly, and communication with them has been great. They were very helpful with my questions.

They were very quick to get back to me via email to help with my software installation. Will use again.

The team was very helpful and prompt. A great experience! Definitely telling a friend.

This company is for real.

The downloads are much Faster than mail.
The products Work.
E'mail Support is reasonable.

I ordered Microsoft Office 2026 and promptly received the download with the activation key. After installing as directed the activation code wouldn't work as I was told it was already a registered activation key. Upon communications with Getdigimarket it was discovered that the code was indeed already used. I was supplied with a new activation key and it took and everything works perfectly now. Great customer service!

The purchase process was painless. The product I purchased was delivered promptly via email download link. I mis-placed that email and emailed the service department and that was delivered within an hour. Excellent service from this company.

I purchased a copy of MS 2013 Office Pro because I have been using that version for a long time and it fits my daily needs. As advertised, the copy was delivered digitally via a download link with installation instructions. The download and installation went smoothly. After activation with provided product key code, I was up and running within a few hours, so I was totally satisfied.

Reviving an older computer, purchased & downloaed a new Windows key; installation was successful and seamless.

I like the quickness but not the afterwords

Received the link to download my order, however, when the download was complete my computer virus protection warned to not open..." it is a dangerous".

They were able to provide both the ordered software and an "fixs" needed to make things work properly
