Getdigimarket Reviews

I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus and initially had difficulty downloading the subject product, but Getdigimarket Customer Support was relentless in pursuing the issue and they quickly solved my download issue. Anyone can sell a product at a reasonable price point, but Customer Service is the most important attribute that sold me. Thank you.

Excellent pricing, automated delivery and communication. Great seller!

when i got my first window key for my pc it didn't work but they nicely gave me a replacement for the inconvenient and it worked! I suggest this to anyone if looking.

I purchased Office 2021 for a great price! When I put in the key, it wouldn't activate, but they had already sent instructions on what to do in case that happened. Sent them a screenshot, and they responded quickly. The next time I opened Word, it said it was activated. Excellent customer service, as well as clear and concise instructions!

Like it, wasn't hard to download, it confused me a bit when it said maybe Microsoft 365, but after I put the code in it took me to the right program. Thanks a lot.

I had a problem with entering my new product and they were very professional about helping me and fast.

I experienced excellent customer support with my purchase. They responded quickly by email to support my installation and activation of the software I purchased. I will definitely recommend them to my friends!

I was able to find a key that I needed. While the site does look a little off, everything is legit! Key worked perfectly. No issues from my end. Love the product and I have no issues.

Purchased a Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus from them. Received the emails within minutes of ordering including installation files, product key and instructions. Was able to install the product easily with their link but couldn't activate it with the instructions that were sent in the email. I emailed back some screenshots of where I was trying to activate it based on the instructions. Within a few hours received an email back with different activation instructions for my product key and everything worked perfectly. While it wasn't clean activating the first time, the fact that they communicated promptly with a solution that worked and the software was as advertised at a great price.

I bought 3 copies of Office 2024 from Getdigimarket. The first time I had trouble with the license. I contacted them and had a resolution with hours. The other two copies installed fine.

Good service at a fair price!
