Flixeasy Reviews

I bought a product, and the email delivery was very efficient. When I ran into an issue, they resolved it instantly. I am definitely very happy with my purchase from Flixeasy.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was shopping for Microsoft Office at a good price, but I was warry of some of those super cheep websites that might try to pull a bait-and-switch or might compromise on either the product or the installation process. In the end I went with Flixeasy & I'm glad that I did because I still got an excellent price, everything went off exactly as advertised, and the product is working just fine and dandy.

Wonderful friendly customer service, give them 24hr to respond if you run into activation hick ups, they can assist you over email.

Every thing went well. I did have to send a screen shot of the message it sent when trying to authorize office
I then was given the correct key.

Fast response and nice after sales services!

I had issues after my first purchase that resulted in answers on an intermittent basis, and in many cases they did not answer my question(s). In the last 6 weeks, they have been fully responsive to any issue that might occur and much more timely.

Straightforward installation instructions and very responsive in working through some minor issues that I encountered.

I had a few issues with downloading Visio, the issue was my fault. Customer support were very quick to respond and were very understanding of my lack of IT skills and took the time to clearly step me thru the process. I have purchased three product from them. The experience has been very satisfactory.

Bought a license from Flixeasy. The initial code did not work, but customer service responded quickly and resolved the issue. Excellent service.

Great experience with Flixeasy. Software installed and worked flawlessly.

Fast initial download. Quick communications via email when hick-ups in installation occurred as a result of our older Windows systems. Immediate personalized step by step instructions to re-install program. Ultimately they solved the issues and we really appreciate their "never give up" attitude.

Fast, easy, competitively priced.

I purchased an office 2024 license and had to submit the screen shot as it did tell me "too many attempts" or whatever the message that Flixeasy told me was a possibility. However, I never heard back from them despite multiple requests for them to give me a status and I continue to get emails that say, How was your purchase? but the only way to reply is the only way for everything, and they never reply. So It may be legitimate, but there are way to many buggy things about this company. I recommend just using someone else.
BUYER BEWARE!!!

My computer crashed and required me to reload Office Professional 2024 after being repaired. I contacted Flixeasy by email for a new product key and they responded the next day. It was easy to complete the installation. My Microsoft Office still had my documents and files.

Trusted and reliable service and product.

First key didn't work, so I had to buy from someone else. Second key works, so I could use it on another PC,

Although the key didn't work on first few attempts, they always helped me with ways to get activated. Finally, I am activated saving me over $125 a year for MS365

A problem that cracked up was resolved within a day. Great support
