Good product, good samples, easy ordering and tracked delivery.

There is a saying in life which is " you only get one chance of a first impression "
I had a considerable amount of specialist flooring to install which had to be provided from a dedicated preferred supplier so thought I would give Flooring Hut a try to see if they could support both the product, associated materials and the delivery, All of which they did professionally and efficiently and on the back of my first impression I have used these several times this year and will only use these going forward for all of my flooring requests.

There was an earnest effort to find the exact LVT flooring to match our existing floor although it was by then out of production. The staff member Chevas went the extra mile to check the warehouse and found some packs that were left behind. Five Stars!!!

Experience made me realise that a LOT of money can be saved by using Flooring Hut. Many carpet retailers make it difficult to compare prices by having their own "name" for a colour/style of a carpet brand such as UK manufactured brand Cormar so that you cannot easily compare prices. They also fail to identify the quality of a particular range when there is more than one - and unkowingly you will nearly always have been supplied with the bottom of the range! Anyway, I did my own research and was able to find what Cormar carpet colour/style/quality I actually had and wanted to match by sending a sample to Cormar Customer Services. Bottom line is this enabled me to compare Flooring Hut prices to what was being charged by other major retailers for the same item. It also enabled me to arrange my own carpet fitter which again proved MUCH cheaper compared to what the major retailers would have charged. I estimate I saved about 40% overall by using Flooring Hut - a lot of money if you are progressively re-carpeting a whole property. OK, you have to take responsibilty for measuring up etc and you do need to take care. Again, delivery is "kerbside" so you need to organise storage in your property until fitting. However, the delivery driver was extremey helpful and polite and carried the carpets into the house.
I would not recommend ordering from Flooring Hut unless you can be confident in basic measuring etc and be able to cope with basic handling of a delivery - unless you have someone who can do this for you. Otherwise, take care when ordering and you may well save yourslf hundreds of pounds.

From my initial request for samples to delivery of my subsequent order, the service from The Flooring Hut has been second to none. Through no fault of theirs, there were a couple of minor glitches with samples and delivery time from Heckmondwike but these were efficiently addressed and quickly resolved.

The carpet tiles I purchased are now laid and I am very pleased both with the quality and how they look in my home study. All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending The Flooring Hut for their obvious focus on customer satisfaction.

We have just re-carpeted our new home. We bought our beautiful carpet from flooring hut at a really competitive price. We ordered on-line and the website was really easy to use to place our order and to calculate how much carpet we needed. Any queries we had were answered efficiently over the phone. We ordered some Abingdon carpet which was a great price. We could pick our delivery date and it turned up when expected delivered by a courteous, helpful driver. Excellent service all round.
