Our team did not intend to dismiss your complaint. The information available to us indicated that the teddy bear was included with the order, which is why we requested supporting proof so we could investigate the matter fairly and accurately.

I’ve been ordering from Florista PH for about 3 years, so I was extremely disappointed with my most recent experience.
I selected the 8 AM–5 PM delivery window, but my order did not arrive until hours later. I understand that delays and traffic happen, but what bothered me most was how the situation was handled by customer service. When I reached out for an update, the responses felt dismissive, I was told the rider had many other deliveries, and when I asked for an exact ETA, I was eventually left on read.
When I raised my concerns afterward, instead of simply acknowledging the poor customer service, I was given more explanations about how my order came in around 11 AM, how flowers still had to be purchased and prepared, how the rider had multiple deliveries, and how I should ideally order in advance. If that makes fulfilling same-day orders within the offered delivery windows difficult, then same-day delivery should not be offered that way in the first place. Customers shouldn't be made to feel responsible for choosing an ordering option that the business itself provides.
They also suggested that the person who left me on read may have been off duty, even though that person had been actively responding to me around 7–8 PM.
To make the experience worse, the flowers eventually arrived very late and did not look like the quality I expected.
After being a repeat customer for three years, I expected much better communication and professionalism. My biggest issue was not even the delay itself. It was the lack of customer service and the way my legitimate concern was handled. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider ordering from Florista PH again.

The flowers were of a really good quality and standard
My girlfriend was delighted and very happy with them.
The flowers were of a really good standard and quality. They were out of stock of my original choice of flowers so they supplied me a substitute which were more expensive for no extra charge. Colours were so bright and vibrant. They were delivered on time, with care, the delivery driver was very polite and courteous. I have used this business 3 times and every time, top service.

Poor customer service
The first deliveries were handled absolutely correctly. Fresh flowers, delivery as confirmed: all good. But my last order just was a nightmare. No previous phone contact, delivered to the wrong place and the flowers had already wilted. My request to explain how that coud happen and what the correction will be was answered with a lot of nice words, but without any concrete action or information. Far below my expectations! Conclusiion: poor customer service. Not recomandable.
