After having some issues with the insurance broker called - First Central, I spoke to a lovely lady, Sue Stott, from Forces Mutual who sorted my car insurance promptly. She was extremely polite, knowledgeable and above all else, she ensured that my issues with my insurance were solved, despite the difficult circumstances caused by First Central. Nowadays everything seems to only try to get more money out of you, so it’s really refreshing to see someone go out of their way to help others.

Made it very easy to understand what they can do for you

Ross spent a full year working with us as our circumstances changed and we identified what we could afford vs what we needed. The experience he gave us was patient and supportive and we cannot thank him enough. He helped us find the products that were best for us, and then did it again, and again as our circumstances changed.

Worked with Sophie Travers from Forces Mutual and she was brilliant. Not knowing what exactly I needed at the beginning she worked with me over a number of sessions to identify what was the right package for me. She was very accommodating and understanding and I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. I will definitely be going back to Sophie again for insurance advice in the future.
