My experience has always been delightful and full of joy when my prints arrive once I place them that's it until time to clean.

For a cellphone photo, I was super happy with my print! The clarity and color were spot on!

Very cheap looking. more like plastic than glass. edges not finished can see where the picture edges meet? not worth the money

I was ordering my print for my mom for a Christmas present. Right after ordering and uploading my picture, it was shipping. Wasn't expecting til the 26th. A day after Christmas. Was so surprised when it was delivered on 12/ 22. I thought it looked amazing. My mom loved it. Will definitely be ordering again. I had it sized 15.5" x20.5" again it looked absolutely amazing!!! Thank you

Beautiful pictures and perfectly done! My sister in law loved them!

The print is very nice, the frame is so so, but the hanging method is terrible. The tape won’t stick to stippled walls and the screw is good but the frame backing is too fragile. Plus the photo does not hang level.

The first picture that I received came with the incorrect crop. I reached out to Fracture and although it took some time to get a response once we connected, Fracture fixed the issue and sent me a new picture that met my expectations. I am now very satisfied with the end product, it looks beautiful on my wall. Thank you for taking care of this, Fracture team!

The photo is absolutely beautiful! We are very pleased with this purchase. It came packaged well and was easy to hang.

I have not received a response from my complaint last week about receiving an empty crushed box

While I super LOVE fracture, they need to make some panoramic prints available. My print doesn't look right cut off and not long enough for the spot.

Large print of black and white wedding picture was so printed so dark that we lost all detail in the picture we sent. My head and hand look like they are floating in a sea of black

Love my Fracture glass prints! I have a picture from the many trips we have taken, to look at daily and remember them! I will be starting a new wall in a different room, different format soon! These are Matte glass, which does not show glare…yet hard to believe glass, even though beautiful! I will try the non/matte next room. No better way to cherish these memories!!

Wanted to give a review of my experience with Fracture. My item was destroyed during shipping and was never notified that it was destroyed. Three weeks later I received from this shipping company a piece of cardboard and a letter that said during shipment product was destroyed. No other directions. I contacted Fracture and they were very disappointed with the shipping company. The next day Fracture contacted me and had already reprinted the picture and were sending it two day shipping. I received it in two days and the picture was beautiful. Thumbs up to Fracture for taking care of their customers so quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this company.
