I suprised my friend with an 8" x 10" favorite headshot of herself. She was thrilled, and her family is raving! We agreed that a Fracture mounting gives her portrait a polished look. This is beautifully done! Thanks for making this gift special.

I ordered a frame and a stand, they never sent the stand, I asked for a refund, days later i get an email asking if i wanted the stand shipped or a refund, So I responded again, I want a refund, I am still waiting for it 2 weeks later. They do not seem to be very concerned about customer satisfaction.

The photos are beautiful. I have several now. I plan on getting more in the very near future.

One of the 2 prints I had printed were wrong. I contacted there support team and they quickly fixed the error and shipped me the new one. Great customer service!

This was my first order with Fracture. It was quick, I order it online, and got my picture within a few days. It is beautiful. The picture grabs your attention. I love it.

I loved the idea of pronto g on glass. I’ve sold pieces printed on metal, paper, and Duratrans, so a new medium exited me. I was pretty disappointed with the result. While the print does look good, Fracture missed the mark by putting a black backing on the glass. To me, the beauty of glass is, it’s translucent. Why take away the one quality that makes a print of this kind unique? As a result of the backing, I kind of have just another print.

The Photo Print turned out great. One problem, the holes in the back are in the wrong location.. Either my dragonfly is upside down, or hanging sideways. I was thinking that since my photo was oriented with the head up, it would be obvious where to cut the hanging slots.

I have purchased multiple Fracture glass prints as memorials to my husband, who passed away a year ago. The most recent purchase was my first of the medium size. It was the first time I have encountered a defect - instead of hanging my print, the keyhole in the backing tore/collapsed. Now for the good part - all I had to do was email customer service with a photo of the issue. Fracture quickly repaced the entire print, which is now hanging on my wall. I love these prints and highly recommend the company.

The prints came out blurry - the images were sharp on my smartphone and fit within the recommended pixels. I am very disappointed. I will see what the return policy is.

First time , I tried Fracture. The reviews I read were good. Process was easy from start to finish. When I received the the finish product, I was amazed at the quality of the work.

I had two friends that had to put their dogs down recently and I ordered pictures of their dogs for them. I expected it to take a couple weeks to come and thus give them time to recover, however my only complaint is they came within a couple days. Very impressive quality and most impressive turnaround time! The stands are a nice touch. It gave them the option to hang or put on a shelf. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you.
