Quick turnaround, great-looking print. What’s not to like?

Print looks very nice, The backing was peeling away at the top which was disappointing.
The metal bracket on the back was not even close to being centered on the hole to hang it on the screw.
I had to cut the hole out and because the bracket was not positioned correctly it hangs slightly crooked,

I got 2 prints of our dogs for my wife's birthday. She loves them, they look awesome. Will definitely be shopping again. Thanks

The glass prints are absolutely amazing! The customer service is absolutely perfect as well. I 100% recommend this company.

Putting a photo on glass makes the image pop. It draws peoples interest to look at the picture.

Using Fracture's website was easy to setup and send my photos. The site even made it clear that my photos were high-quality images. Shipping and packaging was great. And, I couldn't have been any happier with the quality and finish of the finished product!

After experiencing issues with uploading the image, I emailed them with my difficulties, and they jumped right on it.

I received my image in a very prompt and timely manner. I especially appreciated the extra care and protective measures they took in packing it up.

The final product is stunning and hangs prominently in my room, so it is the 1st thing I see when I open my eyes.

The prints on glass are truly beautiful and easy to hang. The customer service is also terrific and fast. They replaced one print that came out too light, for free. Highly recommended and I’m a photographer.

We absolutely loved our picture! It was a picture of my husband and his son. It was a birthday gift to his son. He absolutely loved it also. We are so happy; you definitely will have more business with us!

Always order non glare.Pictures usually are going to be hung in lighted rooms and not in closets
Picture quality was good but the glass that is glossy makes the photos hard to see.
It loses all the effect and really ruins the photos.
Should not even offer shiny glass.
Unhappy with the photos cause I cant see them half the time!!

I have done a lot of business with this company and recently, to show appreciation (or not), they sent me a 35% off coupon....Great!! Until is wasn't...They have a 115 dollar minimum for free shipping with this offer...So if you want to do a large rectangle print without the offer it comes out to 129 dollars with tax and free shipping..If you want to use the coupon the total NOW ADDS 25.00 SHIPPING BECAUSE IT IS BELOW THE 115 DOLLAR MARK. The final price is 109. So, now your actual discount is 16% not 35% as advertised...This should be considered as misleading the public and a compromise in customer trust!! Due to this, what I call trickery, in the future I will evaluate my options. When I experienced this, I sent Fracture an Email and they just treated it as too bad so sad....To add insult to injury, they fraudulently tell you at the end you saved 41.65 when, in fact, you only saved 20.31

I’ve done a lot of pictures to canvas but had a shot I took in London that I wanted a clear sharp look to. So, I tried Fracture and their glass print. Uploading and configuring the shape and look I wanted was intuitive on their web site with multiple sizes available. I settled on the size and hit purchase. It arrived within a week well packaged and secure. I was amazed when I opened it to how brilliant it looked! I’ll be back for more for sure.

I will order more of these. I ordered one for my husband’s birthday and he was thrilled with it. I was very surprised with how soon we received our order.

Their customer service was excellent--2 of my print were over exposed and they corrected them and quickly replaced them. I did order them with the matte finish--so they do not look like they are on "glass" but therefore there is also no reflection from the windows on them

Quality is outstanding. We keep buying more. We have 6 Fracture photo prints now and love them all.

When we received our picture the first time we couldn't of been happier. So when we had and important event in our family we wanted to capture it like we did the first. We were not disappointed. Thank you for the wonderful turn around time and great customer service.
