Great communication from the company. Product came out better than expected.

I have bought several matte wall photos from Fracture and have been very happy with all of them. They have excellent customer service and stand strongly behind their product!

While it looks like a very nice picture, it is not printed on the glass. I looks like the picture was adhered to the back of a piece of glass. I wanted to add the picture into a stained glass piece I was making. As I tried to get the backing off, the picture came off as well. Not sure if I misunderstood the ad which led me to believe it would be printed on the glass.

Better than expected !!

I bought the Fracture picture as a gift. As far as I know the recipient loved the picture.

This is my 3rd Fracture. They all look great. The colors are so vibrant people think they are paintings. I’m looking through my camera roll for more pictures to get Fracture’d.

The first submission I sent didn't turn out like what I was expecting. I sent a message to let them know that I was unhappy with it. I made some simple modifications and they quickly sent me another and I was ecstatic with the results. I've had 2 other experiences with Fracture and have been very pleased!

The Fracture website is easy to use and provides an excellent visual of what your print would look like. Both sets of prints that I’ve ordered have come quickly and were exactly as depicted on the website. They look fantastic!

The picture was lovely! I selected landscape and I would have thought the hole for hanging would have been at the top of the picture. Instead, it was on the right side of the photo.

I was very happy the way that the photo of my beloved cat came out. I would recommend your service to anybody seeking a great picture.

The prints were great. The "frame" that they came in was cut wrong and after one week and 4 emails to customer service, I still have not heard from them. Good product poor customer service. Better hope that they get it right the first time.

The photo of the eclipse from a prime location was a once in a lifetime shot. I had expected the glass print to be flawless as I had heard that Fracture was known for its high quality. I was very disappointed to find a flaw at the top edge on the left side, where the dark sky was broken by a slight blob of white. The only way I see to hide the flaw is to put the glass print in a frame. I had planned to order larger prints of a scenic view from my home and display them on a full wall. I will find another company!

Overall I'm happy with the quality of the print. The resolution is good and the print quality is great. My only complaint is the sizing of the prints. They are an odd size and don't fit the standard print sizes of 8x10, 11x14, etc. The automatic cropping applied cuts off a lot of your picture which may be of importance. I would have ordered more but the images I wanted to use had unacceptable cropping on either side so I couldn't use them.

Absolutely love their product. Had a slight issue with one. I emailed the and they sent out a new perfect frame within a couple of days. No questions asked. Just sent out a new one.

The picture I sent was of my grandson with the Canadian Rockies in the background; what I received was a picture, emphasizing my grandson, but hazing out the mountains. I don’t know how best to describe it, but it was not the picture that I had sent. This is a Mother’s Day gift and while I know she will be glad to see her son, but she knows what the real picture had look like and I know we will be disappointed that the mountains were not captured in the picture.

What a great company to do business with. Quality of the product is great. The order turn around time is impressive. Fracture keeps memories visible. Great for gift giving as well!!

I ordered an extra large print and a square one. The XL came first and I was honestly disappointed in the quality. The photo looks grainy and the color is off. My smaller photo came a couple days later and it is also grainy. Seems that is wasn't a fluke on the large one.
Just not what I expected.

We recently ordered 21 images from Fracture, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. The quality of the prints was outstanding with crisp, vibrant, and professionally finished images. The production and shipping process was impressively fast.
