staff listened to what we wanted for our holiday and they met our every request and gave us even more ideas and better solutions for our needs. From an initial enquiry, a tailor made holiday is their specialty. We changed our destination partway through the booking and payment process, this was no trouble and we were kept informed throughout the whole process. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and respond to queries quickly and efficiently.

Trip to New Zealand. We contacted Freedom Destinations to discuss a trip to New Zealand, we spoke to Amber who listened to our ideas for the trip, she was able to put together an itinerary that worked for us and within two days we had a confirmed booking. We now have to wait until February 2027 for the trip. Amber met every deadline and promise she made when organising this trip.
