Charlie at Freedom was amazing preparing our bespoke Canada trip. He spent the time asking us what we wanted and did a great job delivering a bespoke package. Things get booked up quickly in Canada so if you are planning a holiday make sure you contack Freedom and ask for Charlie sooner rather than later. You wull get the perfect holiday.

Briony understood our requirements a beach holiday in Thailand with some adventures. She worked out the ideal itinery for us Koh Somui Elephant Hills khao Lak and a few excursions can't wait for our adventure.

The whole process of choosing and purchasing a holiday was made very easy and enjoyable. Great communication from the staff and able to answer any questions that you might have.

Our Holiday consultant from Freedom Destinations was Sam. She talked us through an escorted tour for Eastern Canada and provided us with a full itinerary. However, upon review we decided it wasn't for us and we informed Sam we wanted a more bespoke holiday in Eastern Canada with 4 Nights in Toronto and 5 nights in Quebec, we also wanted to visit Niagara, Niagara on the Lake and wanted internal flights between the two cities rather than train travel, which included transfers to and from each flight. Sam put together a full itinerary, which delivered everything we asked for and more. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had plenty to keep us occupied in both cities, including Hop on and Off bus tours, river cruises, CN tower access, and afternoon tea at the Fairmont Frontenac Hotel, all at an extremely reasonable price. I can't thank and praise Sam enough for her professionalism and helpful nature. She delivered excellent customer service throughout, making it a pleasure doing business with Freedom Destinations. I hope the Holiday is as smooth as the booking process was with Sam. I would have no hesitation in recommending Freedom Destination holidays to friends and family.

I felt the service was good and gave good information. The operatives I spoke to were very polite and efficient in their delivery. I'd like to think holiday companies were doing a bit more about the high cost of single supplements.

CHARLIE…. He was really helpful I’ve never book a holiday before, my daughter always does it but he was very patient and explained everything simply im (78). We kept missing each other on returned calls etc I couldn’t get hold of my travel partner and panicked in case I ran out of time but then JAMES took my deposit he was very helpful and charming too. I would use this company again 👍👍

Amazing experience from first contact. Nothing too much trouble, I was booking on behalf of 3 couples so a few amendments were made. I never felt rushed or pressured in to making any decisions.
