I love the bone broth and the way the team are expanding the range, while not comprising on quality. It’s so refreshing when a brand keeps control of their product and range while growing. The customer service has the same quality touch. Superb company.

.5 years and loving it! Especially in the autumn/ winter time it has supported keeping colds at bay! Excellent customer service (thank you Evie!!!) For the recent support after trialling the protein powder and vanilla not being a hit (the chocolate one is lush!).

Huge fan of the collagen protein blends. They are the only ‘protein shake’ that I’ve ever found that I don’t hate the taste. My favourites are the chocolate and the strawberry although I’ve just ordered the chai which I’m very excited to try. I’ve been consistently losing weight over the last few months (after having a baby) and I credit a huge amount of this to starting each day with one of these shakes.

I just had an issue with the website and my subscription, so messaged the customer service who were wonderful. They got back to me very quickly, were incredibly friendly and fixed the problem for me straight away. Couldn’t have asked for more!

freja chocalote shake has changed and gone down hill and representatiive says they havnt changed the recipe and denies the new changes to warehaouse biz and recipe! Now not worth the very expensive price and are a dishonest biz

I like the chicken bone broth. Unfortunately it's prohibitively expensive so I only buy when on special at Tesco or Amazon.

Was tempted to buy directly from freja but read the small print on deliveries and policy on lost deliveries and decided against it due to a lack of confidence.

Looks like I was right to trust my gut feeling based on reviews here. If they start using a competent carrier, I'll reconsider.

Love the broth and often just heat up a carton full and drink with a little pepper and salt.

Love this product. Great for nails and hair. It just feels so good when you drink. Clean food, that is good for you. Company listens to its customers, bringing improvements to the packaging and product. I would recommend this company and it’s team😊

The product is excellent. Unfortunately, I had to defer my present order to August and Freja did this promptly with no hassle or quibbles. I look forward to my next order.

The products are a great way to get protein and nutrients in an easy way. I’ve used the cartons and now tried the powder which I find easier to keep in storage. My next product to try is the concentrate. The customer service is excellent if you ask a question. Very focused on valuing customers.

Freja Foods is an ethical and kind company. The coupon I had, was expired and yet, they still gave me the discount which as an elderly pensioner, i am immensely grateful for and definirely will contiinue ordering these wonderful products.

Great product and customer service are super efficient

The bone broth is okay although I feel like it leaves a bitter aftertaste. But if the benefits are so good, then that’s a trade off I’d take. BUT I also bought the vanilla collagen and protein shake to mix in with my smoothies and it’s undrinkable. It’s smells like chicken so strongly, and the taste is also very strong and bitter— there is no way you could “mix with milk or water” per the instructions and enjoy. Who enjoys drinking vanilla-chicken flavoured smoothies?! I tried putting only one tablespoon and I had to pinch my nose before drinking. I added loads of fruit and thought that would mask the taste but you can still taste the chicken broth. It’s horrendous, and at £25 for 300g I can’t believe this is selling. Great idea but please can you work on the taste.

Have a monthly delivery of bone broth.Having a husband who has eating issues post mouth cancer surgery,adding bone broth to his routine improves his nutrition and is always a welcome drink for someone who now finds eating a very unsatisfying experience.
